“My family and I stayed at ROOST East Market in Philadelphia for six weeks while my husband underwent medical treatment, and I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this place.
We stayed in a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. The apartment was immaculate, spacious, comfortable, and truly felt like a home during an incredibly difficult time in our lives.
What made this experience exceptional, though, was the people. Every single person we encountered, from the reservation staff to the front desk team to housekeeping, was kind, compassionate, professional, and genuinely caring. Their level of customer service was beyond anything I’ve experienced before.
Having a fully functioning apartment with a kitchen was also invaluable during an extended stay. It allowed us to prepare meals and avoid the constant expense and stress of eating out every day like you typically would in a hotel.
Most importantly, the compassion shown to us while we were there dealing with serious medical issues meant more than I can adequately express. ROOST East Market gave us comfort, peace, and support during one of the hardest periods of our lives.
It is located central to just about everything in Center City Philly. An absolutely beautiful location.

In particular, Amanda and Mike really care about the residents and are very attentive to any issues or concerns. That's really what sets this place apart. I did also enjoy the roof deck, the great bridge views, the location in Old City and easy access to the Delaware River Trail and nearby piers.”

“I've been a resident at Bridge on Race for the past year, and it has been a fantastic experience.
The location is hard to beat. Being in Old City puts you within walking distance of anything you could ever need. On top of that, the rooftop views of the river and center city are absolutely incredible. I always thought city life would be too chaotic for me but this location is the perfect middle ground for city life and the quieter nature of a residential neighborhood.
One of the biggest surprises has been the utility costs. Compared to my previous rentals, my monthly utility expenses have been remarkably low. I believe this is largely due to the building's LEED Gold certification.
The management team has also consistently been helpful and genuinely caring whenever I needed assistance. I would definitely recommend considering Bridge as your future home.”
“I've lived at the Preston for 3.5 years. There are great features of this building. The parking lot and garage, in-house gym, and location near 76 and Roosevelt Blvd are definite perks. They also add new amenities to the building, including a sauna this year. Julie, the leasing agent, is very accommodating, thoughtful, and kind. Kenrick, maintenance extraordinaire, is prompt, communicative, and kind. It's a pleasure to see both of them around the building!”

“After a negative experience in a different Greystar building in the city, I nearly crossed out Edgewater II from my list but am certainly glad I didn't! Working with James from leasing and his coworkers was extremely easy. James was especially patient and understanding throughout the process.
I use the two dog parks and immediate access to the river trail daily. Since I spend 8 to 16 hours a day at home studying and don't have much extra time, these specific amenities have been truly life-changing. The location is also unmatched in its proximity to grocery stores, doggie daycares, museums, the library, and my school in University City. Although I have a car, I find myself not needing to drive as often, seeing as most things are within walking distance and it's often cheaper to take the trolley to campus than to pay for parking. As a side note, the mini market on the first floor is overpriced, but it has come in handy when I have needed things late at night.
My only minor grievances have to do with noise. Despite facing the other building, I can pretty clearly hear the highway, trains, and garbage trucks. I can also hear my upstairs neighbors' stomping at times, almost all the noises from the hallway, and the A/C unit is quite loud when it runs. However, after buying noise-cancelling headphones and a noise-muffling sleep mask, the issues have decreased by about 60%.
Overall, I am happy to be here and plan on staying for as long as I am in Philly. On top of the great location and amenities, the neighborhood is safe and walkable/convenient. The other residents are also quiet and polite. I would definitely recommend this building to anyone looking for a friendly and relatively quiet community in Center City.”

I love the social activities that are offered at times in the evenings. Especially when you arrive
home from a long day , to be greeted with food, drinks, water ice and mustard pretzels, tacos, salads, etc….There are often times in the mornings Management has set up danishes, fruit coffee, tea hot chocolate for your enjoyment in the mornings. This is a great start for your day.

The Front Desk Administration is awesome, our Engineer, Housekeeping and Management are always on top of keeping the building, hallways etc in tip top shape, the trash rooms , halls elevator are always clean and in order.

Isaac and Karim are the absolute best too - always kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They really make 2116 feel like home. The only downside has been the elevators, which can be frustrating at times, but otherwise I’ve had a great experience living here.”

“After living here for a year now, issues come and go however, my over all rating from 1 to 10, is 9.0 like the convenience of the shopping Sprouts, Target, Chipotle, Chase bank, Wine and Spirits store, Starbucks and now the new Giant across the street, moreover, I like not just for these reasons my living space is perfect for me, with the all new appliances and washer and dryer in apartment and a very friendly staff from the care takers, cleaning folks, front desk folks and maintenance folks and the management staff, I also can walk to work if I wish. “Great stay at the AKA Rittenhouse. The room was spacious and clean - we felt right at home. The neighborhood is very central and dynamic. We visited with family and the service was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Greg at the front was great at making my nephew laugh. Will be our go to when we visit Philly.”
