One of the biggest things was the fitness center. That's big for me. The fact that it's open 24/7 is a bonus. I wish all places were as friendly and helpful as here. I must give a huge shout out to my Leasing Agent Yanice Mc Mullen who did an amazing job to ensure that all my questions and concerns was taken care of.

I admire her tenacity in ensuring that a challenge that occurred when moving in was resolved by the team. I noticed that the initial unit that I was to move into didn’t have a dishwasher unit. I immediately contacted her to express my disappointment because all model units viewed had one which I was also expecting. She was very apologetic and expressed that she didn’t know that there isn’t one in that unit. I was very pleased to see how the team worked with me and get me transferred to another unit that has a dishwasher in 24hrs. The appliances were fairly new, the apartment was very clean. The staff overall very polite and friendly.”

“Very attentive staff who are super helpful and supportive to assist in anyway possible. I truly am thankful for their team for assisting me during my hospital trip to Philly for surgery. They made this 10x easier for me to handle than any other hotel would have in my opinion. I will definitely be back and recommend. My favorite part was my first day being there to walk in Rittenhouse Park it was beautiful. Again location is perfect. Toiletries smell fantastic as well by the way.”

“I loved loved loved my stay. From the front desk help to the bedrooms to the coffee. Sean at the front desk was extremely gracious and never showed any signs of me bothering him when I had 100 questions. He just answered me and showed me how to. I will add that the kitchen needs to be stacked with paper towel and the pool has no towels and needs them. Sean helped me with it all. I would definitely recommend this hotel bc of the service!”

“I can't say enough wonderful things about The Victor. Having rented an apartment for two years for both of my daughters - one in medical school and one in law school, we found this complex to not only be clean, but extremely safe. The security and 24 hour maintenance, as well as concierge staff is just the icing on the cake. The staff is so kind and helpful. Every maintenance request was promptly addressed, even after regular business hours. Parking was always safe and secure, their apartment was absolutely amazing with views of the Ben Franklin Bridge and Delaware River (the windows in their corner apartment were stunning), and the fact that it had an in unit washer/dryer was so convenient. Everything was in beautiful condition when they moved in. Moving in and out was extremely easy. The building itself is very clean and well maintained. The common areas, roof top deck, and fitness amenities just put it over the top. The management staff that works there were so easy to work with. Henry Pinney in the leasing office was so helpful when we first leased the apartment and Danielle Yannarella, Assistant Property Member was by far the most attentive, helpful, understanding, accommodating, and genuinely kind person to work with. Her assistant in making sure my daughters' time at the Victor was the best it could be and also being not only available to assist with any requests or questions, but to also respond in a timely manner made everything so much easier. She was on top of everything and they are lucky to have her as an employee at the Victor. If you are looking for an apartment for your child who is in college or just looking to rent in an amazing apartment complex, the Victor Lofts is the place you want to be.”

“This review is long overdue. To cut a long story short, this is most likely the best apartment building I've ever lived in, regardless of whether it's on the east or west coast. Aside from the beauty and amenities of the place, of course, the staff is the most critical aspect of any apartment or condo building, and this is where Spring Garden really shines. I've already mentioned the maintenance worker. Diana is really good at what she does, and I could say that the owners manage this company effectively and efficiently.”

“I lived in this community for about a year, and my experience was truly positive—honestly even better than I expected. From the very beginning, it was clear that the building is well-managed, organized, and that attention to detail really matters here.

The management team, staff, and security are all very professional and responsive, but at the same time genuinely friendly and respectful. They create a strong sense of comfort and security for residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated.

Our maintenance requests are always resolved within a day, usually even within a couple hours. The outdoor sites like the dumpsters, stairwells, and pools are all well maintained.”

“I have been a resident of 2116 Chestnut for nearly 10 years now and have (unfortunately ?) been through many changes of management in that timespan.

That being said, this new team is by far the most friendly, easygoing and caring team while maintaining their professionalism. I know whether I call the office or stop in with a question or concern, I won’t be thrown corporate jargon buzzwords, I’ll be given a solution straight away or at least a plan of action towards one.

They keep an open door policy and not only welcome but encourage feedback. They started here back around the new year and have made many (great) changes! Our package system through Fetch was a nightmare, they listened and converted a storage room into a package room with secure package lockers. A good portion of us also raised concerns about security so they went ahead and installed app controlled deadbolts to all our apartment doors and even converted all the building doors to this app. I sleep comfortably at night knowing the front is secured via this app but is also carefully monitored by the 24/7 front desk team. I could go on and on about them but the other great reviews regarding the concierge team really speak for themselves. They most recently gave our amenity spaces and front lobby a refresh, giving it a much more sleek feeling. The lobby is so beautiful!! I love coming home and seeing it!”

“After living here for a year now, issues come and go however, my over all rating from 1 to 10, is 9.0 like the convenience of the shopping Sprouts, Target, Chipotle, Chase bank, Wine and Spirits store, Starbucks and now the new Giant across the street, moreover, I like not just for these reasons my living space is perfect for me, with the all new appliances and washer and dryer in apartment and a very friendly staff from the care takers, cleaning folks, front desk folks and maintenance folks and the management staff, I also can walk to work if I wish. I signed up for another year of living at Lincoln Square . Thanks again I love it!”

I love the social activities that are offered at times in the evenings. Especially when you arrive
home from a long day , to be greeted with food, drinks, water ice and mustard pretzels, tacos, salads, etc….There are often times in the mornings Management has set up danishes, fruit coffee, tea hot chocolate for your enjoyment in the mornings. This is a great start for your day.
