“This place is rare in a day and age of zero customer service anymore. I had an issue with a deck product failing to perform. The store came out and stripped the product and replaced the correct product and made it all right. Unbelievable. Unheard of in this day and age. Five stars.”

He explained what the cost would be to repair the freon leak but couldn't guarantee that was the only problem. We agreed that the refrigerator needed to be replaced. “I gave him a five for good service and for having the part, I didn’t see anything wrong with their customer service. They were very polite and helpful. Treated me like I was a contractor more than a homeowner. I don’t know it could be just me but they had great Service and it was much cheaper than calling a contractor that just picks numbers out of the air. If you can do it yourself this is the place to get the part and maybe some information to help you with your project but always remember safety first.”

“Patrick who works in Cabinetry is an outstanding guy! He spent a couple.of hours helping me with an appliance purchase I was making after the Sales Manager had left for the day. The sales manager for Appliances found an appliance for me in the back, and was able to get me what I needed the same day. Patrick took on the responsibility of assisting with my purchase and worked with me to hold the item after my purchase so I could have it ready to pick up. He even wheeled it out and helped give advice of how to transport and load the item. Thank you so much Patrick in Cabinetry!”

“We went to Ace Hardware today for Kentucky Wildcats blue paint. Tara tried so hard to get the color for my son. She spent a lot of time and effort to get it and it wasn't coming up so with her help we picked a color from their paint charts and she went above and beyond again and said let me try something else. She was able to find it and my son was so happy. We would have totally understood but she kept trying until she found it. Thank you Tara! You are amazing!”
