“The check-in process was simple. You do not have to go in because everything can be done online. Upon arrival, I went into the office to get clarity on something and Stephanie was very helpful and professional.
You can access the gate from the app for entry and exit. Everything is convenient.
The units are slightly old and tattered, but they will do for what we need them for. Overall, I would recommend.”

“I wanted to write a review considering that I have only used uhaul to move my furniture and the trucks are convenient for those moving in a time constraint. The truck I received was a bit big, I was not expecting to be charge $200 to go less than 50miles. My transaction was disputed by the GM Taylor Eskridge , although I did not hassle about the mileage, I was concerned about the fuel fee that I was charged . However I'm a long term rental iv been there almost 3 years the site says that they offer long term rental discounts however every time I ask about a discount they never give me one and over the 3 years my payment has gone up it use to be less then 200 now I pay 211. This place would be great if they offered discounts”

The process of getting a unit and then moving out of a unit was great! Just the app didn't let me upload photos so had to go to the office to complete the move out process.”
“The staff at this site was exception both at pick-up and drop-off. I accidentally left my laptop bag in the truck (with my laptop in it) when I returned the truck. They quickly found it - contacted me (I hadn't realized that I had left it in the truck). They secured it in the office for me and we're so great when I got back to retrieve it. They were also kindly worried about a cup that I had left on the curve while doing my online check in. Another driver had jumped the curve and hit it. Fortunately the cup was fine.
I rent trucks frequently for work events. I have used a dealer much closer to my home typically. However, your staff was so amazing that I am going to use the Chester location from now on. It is close to my work storage unit, but your staff are what won my business.
Also, the trucks are always clean and the site feels safe and secure.
