“Super! My husband and I purchased a storage space decades ago. My husband passed away and I hadn’t been to the storage unit since his death. I arrived today and Harry, the manager was great - friendly, kind, helpful! He assisted me in accessing the unit, getting a new lock and making arrangements to sell much of the stuff. As an elderly, chronically ill, disabled woman, the extra care was greatly appreciated!”

“Quick online service. Issue of the offer advertising that 1st month is free but did not honor it exactly. I was told by customer service that the free month is issued on the date of purchase until the first of the following month. So if you reserve on the 29th of the month, you only get one to two days free, until you are charged for the following month, on the 1st. So, not 30 days free.”

“Have to sing the praises of Hopkins & Sons Inc. From the first contact with Chris Rohrer to the final delivery out of state they were topnotch! Carly was super helpful in planning the move. The crew were outstanding! Tony, Mike, Dom and KG were super! They packed us and loaded everything on. They worked tirelessly and with good humor despite the heat and long day. On the delivery end, Tony, Mike again along with Tony (younger) worked hard and despite the heat and long way around for the basement items kept a sense of humor. All these workers were professional and had a strong work ethic. Can't say enough good things about them. Everything has arrived in good condition. Highly recommend Hopkins & Sons.”

“I wanted to write a review considering that I have only used uhaul to move my furniture and the trucks are convenient for those moving in a time constraint. The truck I received was a bit big, I was not expecting to be charge $200 to go less than 50miles. My transaction was disputed by the GM Taylor Eskridge , although I did not hassle about the mileage, I was concerned about the fuel fee that I was charged . I would recommend this service at this location, just make sure you have photos on your phone not just through the link evaluations. Contract# 79626382”

“Excellent experience dealing with Bruce who was super accommodating close to closing time on a Friday — he was knowledgeable and helpful with a good sense of humor — a great customer experience all around and the facility is a clean, well-lighted space (including the bathroom!) with easy access and reasonable hours and prices.”
“Everything went well and getting a unit was done very quickly. Only thing is it looked like the unit door was replaced and the old one left in the locker. I thought my movers would've removed it but they didn't causing me to lose a few inches of space. Other than that no complaints.”

However I'm a long term rental iv been there almost 3 years the site says that they offer long term rental discounts however every time I ask about a discount they never give me one and over the 3 years my payment has gone up it use to be less then 200 now I pay 211. This place would be great if they offered discounts”

“I have to give the employee Shy all of the credit for the 5 stars! And I'd give her more if i could. I'd had a rough day on top of a rough few months. The reason I rented the space was to exchange items with my husband I am divorcing. I was really rattled and my gate code would not work. Even though Shy was finished with her shift and on her way out she came to help me and eventually called her manager Molly who pulled off the side of a road, got out her laptop and worked diligently to get a code for me that worked. Shy stayed by my side the whole time and up until I actually got into the storage space. Shy and Molly are what customer service and care are all about. It was easy to access the space once we cleared the gate. Thank you Shy! NSA storage you've just found your new employee of the year!!! Molly and Shy made a great team!”
