“SHOUTOUT TO CHELSEA!!Called customer service # Wed am. On hold for 40 minutes - Hung up. 400 pm. Another 40 minute hold. Tried text. Ellen at the other end wanted me to put this through insurance, bc she didn't know a simple troubleshoot like RESET network. ?♂️I'd had enough, and went into my local shop here. Chelsea reset my device, and in 10 minutes, everything was back in order.As customer svc totally sucked (one of the reps said he was disconnecting the call, so I disconnected, but then he called back- no thanks, too little, too late, bud...)This is 0% reflection on this store, but *CORPOŔATE TAKE NOTE AND PLS DO BETTER *.This resolution was so simple- took 90 minutes to get horrible, incompetent svc. by phone, and only 10 minutes in-person, to fix the bugs. It's really not that complicated.Chelsea & the gang: 5.Customer Service: 0.”

“I found 1SC through Angie's List when we were building our new house. Ryan came by to discuss how to beat wire the house for A/V and the first impression was excellent. Ryan comes with a vast expertise in this field including knowledge of the latest home automation and technology. Never did he try to upsell nor pressure me. He was very consultative and inquisitive of how the right technology could provide the user experience I was looking for. The BOM and pricing was straight forward. The 1SC install team is second to none and did an awesome job setting everything up and Ryan was right there to ensure what we had designed was implemented. A few post install questions were quickly answered. A year after the House was done we leveraged Ryan for the basement man cave and the experience again was excellent. I'm happy to say that we remain a happy client of Ryan and 1SC and highly recommend them.”

“This bookstore is large and pleasant, it has a large number of titles for children, it has a coffee shop where you can spend a pleasant time and many windows, which allow you to enjoy natural light. The only thing that would improve is to add children's books in Spanish, my son is 6 years old and loves to read in English and Spanish and is learning to speak French but it is difficult to find children's books in these languages.”

“I found this location a couple weeks back when I had to pay my Verizon home internet/ cable bill and googled the nearest location. During my visit Rasheed asked me what service I had because I was contemplating whether or not to make the switch from T-Mobile. He was very polite and informative, he left me with his business card that gave me a breakdown on what to expect if I did decide to switch. Ultimately I made up my mind because I liked his customer service and his attitude. Now I know (from experience) dealing with phone/utility company’s can be very hectic however, my experience at this Verizon location was exceptional. Rasheed made mine and my wife’s switch from T-Mobile Seamless. He was patient, and I can’t thank him enough for setting us up with our new iPhones while my 1year old ran around the store shouting with excitement trying to take his first steps. Lol Nonetheless, I highly recommend Rasheed and this location if you’re looking to get a new phone or even just to pay a bill.”

“This place is amazing and I'll tell you why: for someone who is a novice, getting into Hi-Fi can feel incredibly intimidating. But John and Co. make everything feel relaxed and fun. We get Into it to enjoy music right? So John had my girlfriend and I sit with him for over and hour demoing amps and speakers. I ended up buying a Rega Elex MK4 which was a massive upgrade for me and honestly a big investment, but they really did not push me to spend one dollar more than I could afford. While we were there I told him what bookshelf speakers I had and he connected some similarly sized bookshelves with a pair of REL subs and I was just completely enamored with the suddenly gutsy sound. Fast forward a couple of months and I went to buy the REL, which has totally exceeded my expectations. My system is like new and I am enjoying everything in my collection for the first time all over again. John and everyone at Audio Connection: you guys have a customer for life!”

Handmade ceramics made in Portugal, stemware, cutlery, kitchen linens, kitchen electro domestic appliances for the kitchen. Certain items for the bathroom. Born in Nepal, near Mount Everest, Sherpa has became a good friend of mine and he speaks pretty good English for moving to New Jersey recently. Sherpa puts a smile on my face and makes my day every time I visit him and go to this local 7-Eleven franchise. Whatever he is getting payed should be increased drastically as he provides great customer service and means more than just a 7-Eleven worker to me.”
