The crew who moved my belongings from New Jersey to Delaware, were efficient and top notched. The company stored my belongings for four months, then delivered them in the same condition that they received. I showed up late in the day near closing and the lady at the desk was so eager to assist and made me feel at home. Looks like all the other reviewers here appreciate Ms. Destiny! “freindly personell. Excellent security. THey found my lock was not completely secured so they opened the unit and took pictures and contacted us. THey went the extra mile in my opinion.
The halls are also wide enough to handle anything with nice size padded freight elevators and plenty of carts to assist,
THe only reason it was not a 5 star rating is that i could only access my unit by one door and it was a corner unit with a side door. WOuld have been convenient.”
