“This is one of the best Verizon Stores in NJ. I drive over an hour just to get serviced by Mr.Christopher. He is an elite employee. The customer service I receive here is worth the gas and more! Things are explained to me and solutions are found. I have been on a Verizon plan my whole life. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen majority of the challenges a family can experience with a phone service over the years. 13 years to be approximate. I’m so happy to have remained with a company that hired a person like Mr.Christopher. Definitely the environment embodies a safe place for all, whether you are a tech savvy person or a “detached upgrader”. This store has supplied me with the best service of a lifetime.”

He also made us aware of a promotion that allowed many of my family members to get iPhone 15 for about $5/month, which we did.

“I want to give a large shout out to TAY - the employee who helped me yesterday at this T-Mobile store. She was incredibly patient and helped me switch all my data/info from my old phone to a new one. I hadn't even bought the new one there (it's an older model) but I was treated the same. I've stayed with T-Mobile because of their excellent customer service, either on the phone or in person. Yesterday was a perfect example of that. Because it took a while to transfer I had a lovely time chatting with her and her manager. Thank you Tay and Shay. You both rock!”
