“Our shopping experience with Lisa Matrale at Ethan Allen in Watchung, NJ was the best! Lisa listened carefully to what we were trying to obtain, a small dining room table and chairs. She quickly offered an alternative design using a desk that could be configured to the size we need, added chairs in the same style, proposed fabrics for the chairs, and developed pricing. She listened carefully and helped us analyze alternatives. After further consideration we decided on a different solution.”
“I am having difficulty adjusting the firmness of my bed. My app gave me a number to call for assistance. The Number connected me with my local store in East Hanover, New Jersey. James answered and explained that he’s a sales person, but would help me as much as he could. He was terrific. He worked with me for over 45 minutes trying different things . Unfortunately, nothing worked. He finally sent me a number for Customer Service. That number is different from the Customer Service number I had been given previously so I now have two ways to try and get more help. James, it’s a very pleasant and hard-working employee.”

Her deep experience, professionalism, commitment and great people skills come shining through.”
“Michael Anthony Furniture Galley is the best place to get the same items you would receive from any other commercial furniture store but without the hassel. My living room, bed rooms, dining room and den furniture all come from here and I have to tell you how much each piece looks perfect in my home. The brand names they carry are better than Raymore and Flannigan, and both cheapo Bob's Discount Furniture and Ashley Furniture hands down. Better, higher quality products and no one is pressuring you to purchase. In fact, I was told to look around, check out what we have on the show floor and when I am ready, to come and ask more questions about each piece. I didn't have to wait long for my delievery and each time I called to inquire about something, I received a satisfying answer. I don't know about the others on here complaining about service, delievery and even going further to say that there are people working there that are liars,angry and racist, but perhaps you take a good look at yourself to see how your actions towards the situation or problem you may have had, instead of deflecting the blame on to the sales people. Thank you so very much Michael Anthony's for your suggestions, helpfulness and beautiful furniture that I will enjoy daily. If you want quality, come here.”
“I recently had the pleasure of working with the Kamyar Minaeian of Safavieh, Livingston store, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for his exceptional service. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our carpet purchase.
First and foremost, he helped us select the perfect carpet for our home, taking into consideration our preferences and needs. Despite our careful selection, there was a mix-up at the warehouse, and the wrong carpet was delivered to our house. However, the Kamyar handled the situation with grace and professionalism. He apologized multiple times, even though it wasn't his mistake, and personally took it upon himself to rectify the situation.
Not only did he arrange for the correct carpet to be delivered promptly, but he also personally came to our house to deliver and oversee the installation. “The Lamp Shop can fix anything. I brought in a cheap little lamp shaped like a frog. This lamp had been a gag birthday gift for my husband and he loved it - but the cheap electronics inside worked for about 10 minutes before it permanently failed. So I figured I'd bring this goofy little frog lamp to the Lamp Shop to see if they could work with it. They fixed it and made it 100% better, putting in a bulb and adding a cord with an inline switch. My husband's happiness at the frog lamp repair is absolutely priceless!”
“I have been buying from Fortunoff for over 15 years and they never disappoint with quality and customer service. Just this weekend I had a rodent eat through my cushions that were only 2 years old and I was so worried I would not be able to replace them and they were able to do it for me free of cost which was amazing. So glad I did, because it's filled with hundreds of items that are unusual & beautiful, as well as traditional Judaica that are so unique & special. Shout out to Dori, was very helpful in helping me select two beautiful Tallits for my twin grandsons. There's an amazing array of mezuzahs, menorahs, lovely jewelry, as well as some very cool art pieces, like large cherries. Something for everyone! They gift wrap & ship too. “what a splendid visit we had! We came on a weekday so it really wasnt so busy. The place is huuuuge so we spent a good amount of time there and enjoyed every minute lol the plants are really well taken care of and so beautiful! they also have "rare" tropical plants there such as their variegated monsteras which were all so pretty! anyway, We visited before thanksgiving and there were already christmas decors. We loved the holiday vibes and took so many pictures. Honestly every corner is a photo spot! it was that pretty! the staff were very pleasant as well which i appreciated! aside from plants they have gift items, home decors or holiday things. the even have pretty peacocks and a curious hen the day we visited lol so cute! Now if they only had an espresso/coffee shop this would be even more perfect! lol”
