“Was in watching area and went to this old navy to buy some formal/semi formal dress for my son: nice location. Right on rt 22.. lots of other stores in this location. Target , home goods etc .
We liked the shirts .. but not many colors or options . They just had a white and blue shirt . No other colors ! Pant quality was good though. Service was ok .. billing was quick. 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Fitting room???Love the wide selection of products and the quality. There were a lot of clearance items, but signage was very confusing. Mall is under construction, so it was not clear that Bob's was actually there. Cashier was fine and the associate on floor directed us to fitting room. The fitting room is very sketchy. Did not feel comfortable trying on items. Hopefully, this is fixed soon.”

AMAZING prices for NJ, both full and SALES! That said, the best part is Nancy — she’s absolutely fabulous with her eye for fashion and flattering designs for all body types! I quit browsing and deferred to her, without disappointment (walked away with quite a few new staple pieces for my wardrobe). “I go to this location strictly for handbags and women’s shoes. The ladies working there have been awesome and incredible. They even spoke and comforted me after a horribly humiliating experience with a male employee on the 3rd floor. So shout out to them. Thank god the manager at the bedding department listened to me and provided me with decent service.
The ladies are very well versed in Coach and go above and beyond for you, making sure you are well taken care of, even talking to you on their break. They work hard looking up bad for you.
Avoid the bedding department by all means unless you wanna be accused by a cold, rude employee who makes you beg for your phone back because he cannot scan a receipt properly.”

“Sunday 1pm line over 15 people desperately waiting and only 2 registers open. Meanwhile employees on floor chit chatting, looking at their cell etc. Waited over 10 minutes at jewerly counter not one employee there. Finally was able to flag an employee who rudely told me HOLD ON MINUTE pointing with her finger ? Then she went back to area to adjust pocketbooks w coworkers ignoring me 2 others. I ask to speak to manager who had some serious issues rather than holding her employee or pisition accountable she got all dwfensive had to last word. I give up lol Never again AMAZON, online shopping easier I MUST ADD ONLY ONE THERE WORKING WAS THE SECURITY GUARD (I asked for her name, it wasTaja) very professional. she should be the MANAGER”
