“I go to this location strictly for handbags and women’s shoes. The ladies working there have been awesome and incredible. They even spoke and comforted me after a horribly humiliating experience with a male employee on the 3rd floor. So shout out to them. Thank god the manager at the bedding department listened to me and provided me with decent service.
The ladies are very well versed in Coach and go above and beyond for you, making sure you are well taken care of, even talking to you on their break. They work hard looking up bad for you.
Avoid the bedding department by all means unless you wanna be accused by a cold, rude employee who makes you beg for your phone back because he cannot scan a receipt properly.”

“Large store with good variety of clothes for both men and women. The sizes available are mostly XS/S to L/XL. The quality of their products is excellent and are very long lasting. They will last you a few years of constant use with any wear and tear, no fading etc.
They had adequate number of changing rooms for trials. The doors of the changing room have a thick steel handle which is protruding out, be careful not to hit it and get hurt.”

“If you're ever in the Short Hills area definitely take a visit to this unique thrift store - it's a MUST! I happen to work in the same strip mall as DoubleTake & saw they had a 25% off sale so I decided to stop in, and I'm thrilled I did :) When I first walked in I was pleasantly surprised by how much they offered. The items have different ranges in pricing so even if you're not looking to spend a fortune you can find something special! I stumbled upon these booties by Anine Bing I actually saw on their website before coming in, and I needed to have them - literally OBSESSED! When one of the staff members saw me eyeing them she kindly asked if I wanted her to put them aside for me - everyone at DoubleTake was sweet & helpful! They weren't pushy either I felt comfortable in the store as I looked through everything. Just to address some negative reviews - the prices are transparent & are the same online as in store, and the employees are not racist as I was shopping with a diverse group of people when I was there - we were all treated the same & with respect. I look forward to going back here soon for another great experience!”
“I like this Macy's. I've always been greeted kindly. Everyone is respectful and helpful in all of departments that I go to the most, which are - the Service counter to Pick-up Online orders, Men's, Women's, Juniors, Beauty/Fragrance. The store is clean, it's not messy like some of the other Macy's. The departments have a lot of selections and the floors are organized well.”

The store is very clean, and the staff are patient and genuinely attentive. They always bring out exactly what my wife and I are looking for along with additional similar options. “I went in to get some bathing suits for this summer and Jessica the store manager immediately greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed any help. Of course, I said yes, and explained to her the colors and styles I was looking for. She was so patient, friendly and helpful! She knew which bathing suits would look best on me exactly and what would fit me properly. She helped me find three bathing suits that I absolutely love! She’s is amazing! That’s the only store I will ever shop at again for getting bathing suits!”

I ended up getting two really nice sweaters and a nice button down and my mother bought a two dressed and this nice sweater. I want to shout out Julia for this one. She and my mother had a blast picking stuff out. She and my mother basically became best friends and Julia was so sweet and kind and knew the answer to everything. Shout out to her honestly.”

She gave me a minute to look and when I asked my question she was ready to assist. Not only did she listen and get me measured.
