Icon is an apartment building in a perfect location for accessing the great restaurants and bars of center city. Apartments are bright and spacious with new appliances. The building is updating a lot, with public spaces like the gym, roof, and lounge all feeling new. The community manager is wonderful, extremely helpful, and in great communication, guiding residents through processes. Maintenance is always quick and super helpful. Residents report having a great experience, enjoying living there, and being very happy with their apartments.
Charday, Louis and the concierge team are simply outgoing, down to earth and incredibly helpful: I feel at home when I come here, I really do!! You don’t get this type of service just anywhere. Super special!

I got turned around and Sharday was wonderful in redirecting me back to where I need to be. Now because of this beautiful encounter, I’m looking into possible leasing options here!!!
