“We came to the Purple store in the Cherry Hill Mall after doing a tremendous amount of research into a new mattress. Krista was very friendly and knowledgable and let us take our time exploring the different pillows and mattresses. I cannot say enough about the staff here as everyone we met was amiable and made the experience a fun one! We settled on the Rejuvenate Premier Queen and it arrived yesterday. Our first sleep was excellent! Krista, thank you for helping us make this big decision! She even helped me get approved through my FSA, which will help offset the price if that is an obstacle. We came back just before Christmas and bought 3 friends the Harmony Pillow (M) because we liked them so much!”

“We had an issue with our poly wood outdoor table where cracks developed. I contacted customer service who responded very quickly, contacted the manufacturer, and arranged for a store credit for the full amount paid within days. After visiting my local store, I chose a similar poly table and paid the difference. Fortunoff will deliver the new table and pickup the damaged table free of charge. We are extremely satisfied!!!”

“Had a great time shopping at Relax the Back and am incredibly happy with my purchase. I was very up front with the team about needing a lot of time making sure the chair I purchased for my work as a psychotherapist would help my herniated disc and sciatica. The staff was friendly, understanding, and respectful of my process. They let me sit in the chair for the full length of one of my psychotherapy sessions and when I felt sure it was the right solution for me and my practice I purchased the chair. I got the Gravis ZG, and it is the best investment I’ve made for myself. My back is pain free as I sit still for 6 hours in a row. Big thanks to Tom and Tom for helping me and my partner get the chair into our car and back to nyc. Driving down from the city was 100% worth it. When this chair needs to be replaced in about 15 years I’ll be back!”

“Came in today with my husband and youngest daughter looking for 2 mattresses, really only having a vague idea of what we wanted and a couple mattresses we wanted to try but weren’t sure about. Dylan greeted us as soon as we walked in and made the whole process of testing, choosing, and checking out quick and seamless. He answered all of my questions and more. He was very patient with us and our very energetic little one lol I definitely left feeling really confident in our choices, and also covered & supported in the event something comes up.
