“We had an issue with our poly wood outdoor table where cracks developed. I contacted customer service who responded very quickly, contacted the manufacturer, and arranged for a store credit for the full amount paid within days. After visiting my local store, I chose a similar poly table and paid the difference. Fortunoff will deliver the new table and pickup the damaged table free of charge. We are extremely satisfied!!!”

“Everytime I come here the staff is super friendly. They always have a lot of variety in clothing and household items and such. Their inventory also stays updated. They have new things available and check out is always easy. Store is also always nicely organized and not messy which makes it easy to look for exactly what I need.”
“I always find something here - but the star off is for the same complaint others have voiced - I’ve walked in there two or three times prepared to spend - and I did - but am never welcomed with the “welcome in” every other customer received after me - it’s plain hurtful. Every person that walks in should be greeted by at least one of the three employees who are in the store. I felt invisible- until it was time to pay.”
