“I have come here to make changes to my initial review, as the experience was something I was immensely upset and hurt about, but when I tell you that Firstrust Bank truly cares about their customers and community, they definitely do. After my initial experience, I came to google to express to the community what went on. I’d received a response from the leadership team at the bank. To my surprise, I was contacted by the company’s Executive Vice President, Ms. Sharon Hammel, and she’d sincerely expressed her apologies to me, on behalf of the bank, for my experience, but assured me she would investigate and make it up to me. This isn’t something that happens everyday, where you get this type of call, but a part of me felt it would still be swept under the rug and nothing would happen. Within less than 48 hours, I’d received a follow up call from Sharon, and this time she stated due to the way things were miscommunicated and misconstrued, the bank is now revamping its processes and procedures to assure what happened in my case, won’t happen again to me or any other customer for that matter. Implementing preventative measures alone was something that showed me that they were serious about making this right. Sharon provided me with a genuine apology on behalf of Firstrust, this branch location, and just as a human being in general. She turned the matter around and provided me with a positive outcome and for that, I am so grateful. Thank you so much, Sharon.

I reentered this branch location after Sharon was able to turn things around and smooth over the situation, I was greeted and assisted by Noel and additionally assisted by Kelly. The welcoming feeling I was provided showed me that this company truly cares. I am grateful for all that Sharon has done for me, and the positive energy I’d received from Noel and Kelly when coming back to visit, and their helpfulness. Thank you ladies.

I have already referred my family members to become members of the bank, and I will continue to refer people here. This is a great company, whose values truly align with those that they state. Sharon has gone above and beyond for me, but also every other customer that could’ve experienced what I have. “My experiences today at this location was 10/10, especially Jesenia, who had a friendly attitude with me. I love her smiles , she is very sweet, kind, and friendly. I ask her question about my account and she gave me a clear answer. When I left the bank , I felt very satisfy. Please acknowledge her, for the top best customer services. Also, Ouida was very helpful and acknowledge she also helped me update my information. I have been seeing her for about 3-5 times already. She was also friendly, and very accommodating I was in and out of the door under 5 minutes. All the employees, and most importantly Jesenia and Ouida they were all respectful, and treated me like a family. This location will always be my go to! Thank you!”

“I’ve been banking w/ BOA for almost 20 years. I don’t think I realized how great BOA has been until I had a recent experience at another bank (not really by choice). They’ve made my life so easy since college. BOA’s banking app is amazing and so user friendly. I absolutely love it.It’s bc of the app that I really didn’t have to come into the locations too often (which is the convenience I love) but recently have had to bc of life events/ certified checks etc. Everyone who works here at this location has gone above and beyond in the last few months… people remembered and congratulated me on my wedding, saw my checks and called me by my new last name, sat with me to figure out what accounts to keep open or close. Everyone’s in jeans today bc it’s Friday. You could tell there’s a great culture here. Thank you for making my day and for making my life easier!”

And on a different note, I was not happy when the branch at 157 South White Horse Pike
Audubon NJ 08106 was closed.
