“After researching Recumbent bicycles in my area, I was directed to Jersey Bents with Larry, Matt and Bacon. I had seen Cruzbike in a magazine & learned that Jersey Bents carried the brand. It was Matt on my first visit (after making appointment) who introduced me to the Cruzbike & taught me how to ride it. Recumbent riding on a two wheeler is all together different. Matt is a patientgreat teacher and knowledgeable individual. After riding the bike in their huge parking lot, I felt it was too small for me (I am 6’8 & weighing 245 lbs). My next bike to try, which is owned by Larry, was a Lightning. I spoke extensively with Larry about the bicycle and he offered that I try his bike. Quite the bicycle for tall people and easier to maneuver than the Cruzbike. As I’m still shopping for a recumbent and checking out the two wheeler recumbent, Jersey Bents is the go to recumbent bicycle shop for me. Both Larry and Matt are no pressure owners but are knowledgeable and I’ll continue to go there until I determine the bike for me. Jersey Bents has a large selection of recumbent bikes and trikes. Go check them out!”

“I purchased my cargo bike from here a few years ago and the service was amazing then. My most recent experience with Firth and Wilson left me wanting to leave a review. This week I took my cargo bike in here to get the rear tire fixed. Not only was the price very reasonable the service was amazing. They fixed my tire, tightened my loose headlight and fixed my frayed brake wire. My bike came out feeling brand new and I only took it in to have a tire fixed. I will only use this place to purchase and repair my bikes from this point on knowing they are in excellent hands.”
“Came in after my back wheel got stolen and not really knowing anything about bikes, super stressed and just wanting to have a painless process. They hooked me up so well, came in and he was like “I got you” and just started going to work. Dude’s got a good sense of old school humor which was really refreshing and just made me feel at ease. “I just got my bike fixed from them, I dropped my e-bike off about a month ago and just got it back today, it took a little while because it was tons wrong with my e-bike. By the way I brought this bike to about three other shops before bells (I didn't know bells worked on e-bikes at the time) and all three shops turned me away because I didn't buy my bike from them, because it wasn't a Chinese knockoff e-bikes. Speaking of the same person owns all three of the local e-bike shops, so they charge anything they want and customers are basically stuck (10th and south, broad and Wharton, and right off of Washington and passyunk). If one of those stores gives you a price they will all collaborate to give you the same price bells is the only store that can actually compete with them. Anyway the work they did on my bike was Major I gave it to them with no pedals, my back tire had almost no spokes and the rim was bent. They had to order all the parts and build everything on the bike,, they give me a very reasonable price and the work they did was perfect. Oh by the way if you don't already have an e-bike and you don't have thousands to spend on a new one they have used ebikes for sale, if I didn't have my e-bike I would have gotten it from them because the ebikes they have in their store are amazing. I'm telling you you won't even know which one to buy because they have so many really nice ones and I don't know a single other store that does that. Sorry for the TLDR would definitely recommend them. Will update on future visits.”
