Trek Bicycle Cherry Hill provides a great and exceptional customer experience. The staff is outstanding, friendly, helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. They offer fantastic and reasonable customer service, giving amazing deals and reasonable advice. The crew is very smart and goes over and above expectations, taking time to ensure customers are comfortable and safe. Their upgrade and donation program for kids' bikes is amazing. They build a great product and are highly recommended. It is worth the trip to visit this store before going anywhere else.
I haven't had the opportunity to do any large scale business here, but next time I am in the market for a bicycle, there is no place else I would consider. The staff is friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. They have an incredible selection of equipment and supplies. definitely a strong 10 recommendation...

I have been going to Trek for the past 4 years since my started mountain biking. The staff is really helpful. Sometimes they fix small things at no charge, which is really helpful.
