“The selections were ok and the prices are definitely higher than in recent years. However, I did find what I needed, and my stored gift card on my cell worked perfectly, even though they cashier had no idea what it was. Lol. Haha.”

“Today I came in to return a pair of Vince Camuto flats. The employee who assisted me at the register was Marie ( Black lady, short bob wig with an accent)
Marie most certainly needs training on customer service ASAP.
When I walked up to the register, I don’t recall if she spoke first or not however I said “ hello, I’m here for a return” . At that time she paused and just starred at me…She then apologized and said that she thought there was “more to the sentence” . She mentioned that she was expecting me to say “but” and finish their sentence as she paired that with a chuckle….I then gave her the receipt and shoes and confirmed that the shoes were just too tight. She inspected the shoes as she should then asked when had I purchased them. I confirmed that I bought the shoes just 24hrs prior, at that time she asked if I was sure ….i confirmed and tried looking at the receipt that was on the table to search for the date and time. She then goes on to tell me my receipt does not match and continued to look at the receipt and shoe. There’s no eye contact or communication, she was more so talking to herself. She proceeded with the return and explained that she assumed the price of the shoe would be at least a few hundred dollars instead of the $39 discount price…..She clearly assumed that I had switched tags or was trying to scam her in someway and was very direct in treating me as such. I have never had a bad experience at this location however she completely turned me off from shopping here.
I work in hotel sales so I take customer service very seriously, not only when I’m at work but just in every day interactions so I couldn’t understand how she felt her actions were within Nordstrom standards. Also, if she was educated in brands, she would know that Vince Camuto shoes are often discounted for very affordable prices even in Burlington Coat Factory so her comment that she assumed the price should be in the high hundreds confused me but hey. ??♀️”

“I was shopping in Macy's for a piece of luggage when this gentleman came up to me and asked me where was I traveling to and when on to tell me that the piece I picked was at tj Maxx in Marlton and I left Macy's and when in and found that similar piece and bought it at almost half the price when Mr Joseph from Marlton thank you so much. WELL talk about customer service even out of the store I'm coming back to tj Maxx to personally thank you thank you again grace”

I sure miss that Plaza were they use to be a Bradley's as long as them White boys ain't pulling you over like they did when I was a little girl racially profiling my family and had me sitting on a curve with a little Puerto Rican Dress and traditional panties that had designs on my butt .....”

“I'm always at five below. Which sometimes is five above but who am I to judge. I still go there to look around and always leave with something I dont need. People greet when you come in. Im not sure if they have a bathroom. They do have snacks, party supplies and much more. Go to place for last minute birthday/holiday gift shopping.”
