“Exceeded expectations! I called for a quote and emailed a pic of our logo which had many colors and would add $ to each shirt for each color. They sent the pic to their artist who amazingly recreated the logo in two colors and used negative space to use the color of the shirt in our design giving the illusion of a third color and more expensive shirt. The shirts looked great, were priced great and were completed quickly. Highly recommend!”

“Even though they did not have what we were looking for. The sales clerk overheard our conversation and offered to look the item up. He found it, and we decided to have it orderd and ship directly to our home. The clerk did all the leg work and all we had to do was pay for it.

“I had an interesting experience today. I went to exchange some shoes. I first thought there was no workers in the store, but then I realized there was two workers. One was busy already helping another customer and the other was sitting there talking loudly on her cellphone to someone. I kept waiting at the front hoping she would see me, but eventually the other guy that was already busy came to help me. While he was helping me the store phone started to ring. The worker on her phone did not come to help until after the phone stopped ringing. Moral of the story, shout out the the guy working there today, and I’m sorry you have to work with someone so lazy.”

Brianna was especially amazing; we had a lovely chat while she assisted me. The store is very clean and well-maintained. Honestly one of the best North Face flagship stores I’ve been to. Plus if something isn't available in your size they will help you get it shipped or delivered to the store. The prices are reasonable, and they usually have deals and discounts too.”

“We hosted our daughter's birthday party here and had an amazing time! Louise and her team handled everything - food, games, favors, decorations, clean up. The kids loved it and we got the enjoy the party as parents without having to worry about keeping everything running! The coaches had age-appropriate games organized, and then the kids were able to use the field to play however they wanted because they had the field all to themselves. I hadn't attended a party here before booking so I wasn't sure what to expect, but it absolutely exceeded any expectations I had. We truly just had to show up and have fun - after years of hosting parties at home, this was our favorite birthday yet.”
