“I went to the store to pay my bill and to remove the Internet from my iPad. In order to remove the Internet from my iPad I had to pay the iPad in full, which means I did not get the discount or the half price that I was promised when I purchased the iPad in January. When I add up $20 Internet fee and the $12 cost for the iPad, in the end I would have paid over $1000 for an iPad. So I probably saved myself like at least $400 by just going on and paying the iPad off. Next time I will definitely read the fine print.”
“Kenneth was exceptional! He was extremely helpful and kind. We went to 4 stores to replace my husbands screen cover. This location had it and we spoke with Kenneth on the phone before we got there. He checked for us before we go there and ensured they had it in stock! We arrived and he replaced the old one with then one they had in stock. Overall 10/10 would recommend Kennth’s services at T-Mobile.”

I spent 2 months on the phone with customer care and they couldn’t help me. I came in to the store and she called customer care for me and spoke to multiple representatives until it was done!”
“Had a great experience at Verizon in Cherry Hill Haddonfield Road location. Went in just to ask questions the 1st day to weigh my options. Met with a nice rep, Ash, she spent about an hour going over everything with me. Told her I would come back in a couple days if I decided to keep my business with Verizon (19 years already) because I wanted to shop around. Well she was so knowledgeable and nice that I didn’t shop I just went back to her and she spent another couple hours helping me upgrade and add service to my account.
