“First off great store, super welcoming and chill. Second part is the service and I don’t mean customer service I mean customer prioritization beyond great, the absolute unit, nay the absolute paladin of a manager that one man could be is the man Gilberto aka gibby aka that guy aka honestly the most helpful and patient professional I’ve ever dealt with at a store period If Verizon doesn’t give him like 500k for the work he does, it wouldn’t be fair, it’s not 5/5 stars. It’s 10/10 would overly recommend. And he deserves all the praise he’s getting right now and honestly even more, he handled 3 phone sales and about 7 mad customers like an absolute UNIT. If y’all need deals and real honest human interaction for your issues, I can’t recommend gibby and the 38 store any more then I have”

My issue was resolved immediately and I was treated with kindness and respect. Bobby was extremely helpful. I had only wished I was treated that way in the previous 2 Verizon stores.”

“I had a wonderful experience both times I came to this Verizon location. The first time I brought my broken phone in and wound up trading it in for a new one. Julian was my representative, he was patient, informative, and very helpful. I went back a couple days later and a very welcoming woman and gentleman helped with my phone screen replacement. I wish I knew their names to give them credit. The store is very big, clean and organized, and all of the staff is very friendly. I always used to go directly to Apple for phone repair/issues, but I will not go there again and will always go to this Verizon store. Thank you to the team for your kind service and help!”

“AMAZING!! After 10 days of speaking with multiple representatives and a supervisor, we were beyond frustrated from the pricing inconsistencies online and in-store until... we came upon Alex. He knows his stuff like no other we've met... ever. He was calm, listened to our story with intention, carefully reviewed other quotes, unraveled the messy order daunted with questionable quotes, and offered an incredible deal. We walked in seeking to replace one dead phone and walked out with two new phones for less than our current bill. Whaaaaaaat? In what universe does that even happen? In Alex's universe, where this is the norm. He worked with Reina, store mgr, and they gave us an offer that we would be crazy to refuse. We've owned phones through the decades and have never had such a spectacular experience. There was no pressure selling, which we've all experienced...often. There was no aloofness or rolling of the eyes bc we weren't buying the newest phone. There was unbelievable respect and attention to every detail. He took his time, explained each line of changes, and presented an incredible future bill. We were in awe of Alex' brilliant knowledge and ability to communicate with sharp precision. Can we clone him? If only... Thank you, Alex and Reina, for the exceptional experience that can only be described as beyond any we've had when trading in a phone... beyond. The delivery was perfect!!”
