If Verizon doesn’t give him like 500k for the work he does, it wouldn’t be fair, it’s not 5/5 stars. It’s 10/10 would overly recommend. And he deserves all the praise he’s getting right now and honestly even more, he handled 3 phone sales and about 7 mad customers like an absolute UNIT. If y’all need deals and real honest human interaction for your issues, I can’t recommend gibby and the 38 store any more then I have”

Julian was my representative, he was patient, informative, and very helpful. I went back a couple days later and a very welcoming woman and gentleman helped with my phone screen replacement. He knows his stuff like no other we've met... ever.
