“Called for a concrete drill bit. They picked up the phone quickly and said they had it. I went and picked it up and they were very knowledgeable about the product. I was in and out of the store in 2 minutes. Don’t waste your time going to Lowe’s or Home Depot. No one knows anything who works at those stores and you are always there for over an hour just walking around.”
