“There is no microwave and no refrigerator in the room. Comforter had burn holes in them. Will visit again when I have to be in the area. Room 14, the bathroom is very small and this room did smell heavy of smoke, but you can smell it even after they sprayed something to make it better.”

“My husband and I spent a night at the Lily Inn and had a great time! The house has so much history throughout. Our room was very comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. Breakfast the next day was plentiful to say the least! The woman preparing everything was so sweet and accommodating. We also loved that the b&b was just a short walk away from great restaurants and the Delaware River. We had a fabulous time and would definitely stay at The Lily Inn again”

“Stayed here for a weekend event, held on site. Fantastic service from the hotel staff. Food served throughout the weekend was excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Loved it here, would stay again. Only thing I will say is there was a lot of trash along the front drive, which didn't make for a pretty view out our window facing the front of the hotel.”

“Rooms are on the small size . I had to by cleaning products and clean the whole room the top of nights stands were clean but the other two under it weren't touched dirty as could be the air had a smell common out of it I history clean the filters and vent in front half inch dirt was on filters. The floor was dirty the edges and corners were never touched as for the walls ther have dirty foot prints on wall next to bed till I cleaned them off. Every single piece of trim along the table the bathroom walls looked like it was never cleaned at all ever around the sink . House keeping once a week explains the dirt hallways smell have to hold your nose in stairwell lot of police activity 4 times during a 1 week stay couldn't have grandkids visit not a place for kids alot of drug( Marijuana) use and beer drinking. Could be worse cigarette butt everywhere no one cleans up outside hall rugs have visible dirt plus the rugs are very old they are bumpy great free laundry”

“I've stayed at the hotel many times, and its always a good stay. Noise levels are at a minimum, and its always a comfortable stay. Plenty of places to eat nearby and a Walmart near in case you forget something. They are remodeling right now, but never heard a thing from it.”
“My experience was fabulous! My only complaint was that shuttle ended at midnight and taxi drivers did not want to take you one block p. The suite is more like a one bedroom apartment. I am rearing to return.”

“The bathroom is tight and had rust on some of the metal fixtures. The room itself was clean and matched the description exactly.
The continental breakfast and free parking made this an affordable option for my family.
We only stayed one night. If you truly are staying for a few days it would be great to have the full kitchen and other amenities that we didn’t use.
Easy to get on and off the highway, yet still felt safe enough in the neighborhood.
There was an issue where I got the wrong room, but the hotel staff corrected it immediately and apologized. Overall, I would say this is a good option for a Philadelphia adjacent trip.”

“I am not much of a traveller so to speak. I found myself booked in a scenario where I needed to be in the Philadelphia/Bucks county area for a few days with little notice. I booked through a third party site and rolled the dice on this hotel based on a wonderful price. I’m always a bit leery about going for the lowest Price establishment as possible. Especially when it comes to hotels. Add on to that, that I had quite a bit of gear with me (guitars amps pedals, etc.) I was not sure I’m either the right choice. Any concerns to regard immediately assuaged When I arrived. The gentleman at the front desk was kind as can be, got checked in quickly and. answered all my questions about trying to get food in the area with late night check-in. We went over what establishments were open 24 hours because I was looking for a small tool to do some guitar adjustments. Surrounding surviving on springwater and potato chips from the gas station, I was able to have a decent meal at his recommendation. Because I brought a lot of gear into the establishment, it was multiple trips to get it out. The morning shift check out was super helpful made sure I had whatever carts that I needed, that my key, still worked in case it ran a bit over the checkout time and were just generally overall friendly human beings. I know that it sounds like a small act of kindness, but it’s not something that you see every day. The staff was more than fantastic, and being A tall gentleman with a beard who is prone you humidity, the rooms were incredibly air conditioned and kept. I cannot say anything even close to unpleasant occurred during my stay. It’s was very quick overnight stay, but the interaction with the staff, the location of the hotel and overall comfort of the room made, feel at ease and allowed me to get some rest on a very busy week that will be filled with travel, work and humid weather.”

“I would like to give a big shout out to the Sleep Inn in Bensalem, PA. The location is great, rates reasonable, and the beds super comfy. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the people. “On a general business trip with 1 of my partners, love the fact that it's not too loud and rowdy here, however, this place could use more maintenance men and women to keep up with routine maintenance services, such as landscaping, HVAC and filters along with updated bathrooms, energy efficient appliances for conservation purposes, curtain rods & room decor, I also recommend a kitchen or dining area so visitors (like myself) do not have to leave the room for their meal breaks and a gym to utilize for physical/mental activity purposes. Great hotel, they just need some updates.”

“I had my mom stay here around New Years. (I live close by). Price was not great but her stay was good. She said her room was immaculate and stocked fully. Her only remarks were concerning the lobby which looks like a construction zone and thought the rugs and walls in the hallways and stairwells should be updated and could use a new coat of paint. Staff was very accommodating and nice with the exception of a woman at the front desk that seemed to be bothered. Having worked for Holiday Inn for many years I know that the front desk employee should be smiling and friendly (even if you're feeling bothered). That can make or break ur decision to stay since there are other hotel options all around.”
“I stayed at this hotel when I had to travel back & forth between states. In my opinion, the staff, maids, maintenance guys, & every employee there presented good manners & positive attitudes. They were also forthcoming if you asked for a little help, particularly towards a respectful client.Safety: There is a security guard inside the facility even though they have cameras pointing in every direction. Anytime I've come across this gentleman I acknowledge that he remains alert & shows responsibility towards his job. I know I shouldn't but on his watch I left my car unlocked numerous times.”
