“Great stay at the AKA Rittenhouse. The room was spacious and clean - we felt right at home. The neighborhood is very central and dynamic. We visited with family and the service was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Greg at the front was great at making my nephew laugh. Will be our go to when we visit Philly.”

“We stayed here in a last minute decision and were so glad we did. I love this hotel, the location is perfect in Old City. The room was great, the pillows (which are important) were very comfortable. The women who maintained the breakfast area did a wonderful job and were very polite. I look forward to staying again.”

“We had a combo work trip + extended vacation back on the East Coast and immediately thought to stay at Lokal on Old City. The stay was perfect - we were on the 2nd floor in the Tina room specially that faced 3rd Street.
The space is incredibly welcoming and the amenities were great - including washer/dryer for our extended stay. The owners are highly communicative even proactively reaching out about restocking coffee in the kitchen.
We lived in Old City for years and to be back staying in the Lokal space felt like home!”

“It is a beautiful garden like hotel. I guess it is configured from an old house. Breakfast is complimentary and they have cookies and coffee I the afternoon for free as well.”
“Hotel Anna & Bel is truly magical. This place is a hidden gem that is absolutely packed with wonder and spirit. The staff is always friendly and helpful when I go, the bar, Caletta & restaurant, Bastia are reasons to go in and of themselves, and finally the design of this space is incredible. Not a single detail went unnoticed, from the tile at the pool to the hand-painted numbers next to all of the rooms. Even being in the elevators is fun! Very impressed by this whole establishment.”
“My partner and I recently stayed for a weekend trip to Philly and can't recommend The Maj enough. The staff was super welcoming and accommodating, the building and rooms were clean, and it was walking distance to a number of museums on our itinerary! The only hiccup we encountered was wifi connectivity being a bit spotty on the fourth floor, but the front desk was helpful in getting us reconnected. We will definitely be back, thank you!!”

“I had an excellent stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Philadelphia Navy Yard. The service was fantastic—staff were friendly and attentive. The location is ideal, especially if you’re planning to attend Phillies or Eagles games, as it’s just a short distance from the stadiums. There was plenty of parking available, making the experience stress-free. I stayed here for work, and they were truly awesome, even offering a free shuttle to Center City every 15 minutes, which made exploring Philadelphia convenient. Overall, it’s a great spot to rest and discover the city’s attractions. Highly recommended! ❤️”
“Christina at the front desk was very welcoming and informative. She went above our expectations for the check in process and information about dining and the casino.”

“My family and I stayed at ROOST East Market in Philadelphia for six weeks while my husband underwent medical treatment, and I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this place.
We stayed in a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. The apartment was immaculate, spacious, comfortable, and truly felt like a home during an incredibly difficult time in our lives.
What made this experience exceptional, though, was the people. Every single person we encountered, from the reservation staff to the front desk team to housekeeping, was kind, compassionate, professional, and genuinely caring. Their level of customer service was beyond anything I’ve experienced before.
Having a fully functioning apartment with a kitchen was also invaluable during an extended stay. It allowed us to prepare meals and avoid the constant expense and stress of eating out every day like you typically would in a hotel.
Most importantly, the compassion shown to us while we were there dealing with serious medical issues meant more than I can adequately express. ROOST East Market gave us comfort, peace, and support during one of the hardest periods of our lives.
It is located central to just about everything in Center City Philly. An absolutely beautiful location.
This was, without question, the best extended-stay experience I have ever had, and I would highly recommend ROOST East Market to anyone needing accommodations in Philadelphia.”

“I travel frequently to Philadelphia and always stay at the Alexander. It has everything you'd expect, but the biggest plus is the friendly, efficient staff. (It was full on my last visit, so I stayed at a hotel on the next block where I felt like a number.) Good, walkable neighborhood in the charming central city. Pet friendly. (People friendly, too!)”

“Planned a nice weekend trip for my Fiancé’s birthday and she loved it. We stayed at the Franklin, very nice hotel. I wanted to stay somewhere different and this did not disappoint everything was spot on.”
“A group of 7 and one dog had a wonderful experience staying at the Artisan Hotel in Philly, on a very busy spring weekend and it exceeded expectations. The space was set up perfectly for a group with plenty of private spaces and room to spend time together. Loved the rooftop terrace. The overall vibe was modern, thoughtful, and really well done. A surprisingly quiet sanctuary in the heart of a trendy neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and bars. We were able to park the car for the weekend and just enjoy. So much better than individual hotel rooms or a standard Airbnb. It was an elevated experience for a group trip. Would absolutely book again on a return to Philly.”

“Highly recommend! If you are browsing trying to decide, I definitely think this is a great choice here. Great location, nice staff, free breakfast, very clean rooms!!! I'm huge on cleanliness and was grateful to have a clean room after escaping a disaster short term rental. I also had one of the best views of any hotel I've ever been to. Being able to crack open a window for fresh air is a small but lovely perk!
Also the rooms have filtered water by tap! Incredibly useful amenity.
Will 100% book again when back in Philly.”

“Rooms are very clean but sparse. No coffee maker or fridge in room. Coffee available in lobby limited times. Basic furniture. Staff was excellent though. Depending on your priorities, great or good place to stay.”
“Great hotel! We really enjoyed our stay. It’s in a fantastic location, very close to city hall, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, true professionals. And we found the rooms to be perfectly sized, extremely clean, and just right for our needs. Plus there’s a 24 hour coffee and water station in the very comfortable lobby that we took full advantage of. Would absolutely stay again.”
“We had a wonderful stay at the Westin, the staff were friendly and helpful. Especially Ty at the front desk who was lovely. The room was spacious and clean and the location can’t be beat.”

“Location is perfect to the airport, hotel has direct walking access to Terminal B on Floor 2! Parking direction is a bit confusing but managed to find it. Parking lot has direct access through a walking bridge to Floor 3. The executive lounge location is a bit interesting, which is behind the restaurant. Room is adequate with no complaint”
“It's the old Delaware coal fired power station. I work in power industry so I loved it. They kept a lot of the original elements. The only hotel I've seen with a full size basketball court on the 5th floor”
“We stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding. I want to mention the bell hop “Sage” who helped us with our bags at check in and check out was great! He was so helpful with giving recommendations and was very patient , polite, and went above and beyond making us comfortable. The valet parking was very slow. Over an hour wait and I actually had to walk 2 blocks to get my own car. Rooms were nice but slow drain in bathtub and broken lamp in room. Overall it was a nice place to stay.”

“Overall nice stay. The hotel is nice and updated. The lobby is super trendy. The M lounge is decent nothing too special. Only complaint is my sheets had some hair on them so I asked for them to be changed and instead they just left a set of clean linens on top of the dirty ones for me to change myself when I got back to my room at 12 am which I didn't feel like doing. Health club is very nice. I'd stay again”
“A great place to stay when in Philly. Very nice accommodations with access to dining and conveniently located in downtown Philly. A great business center to office from while lodging and the building has a lot of history.”

“If I could give the service a 10 star, I would. Ebony was so amazing. She’s pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, and a breath of fresh air. There was a server that assisted us also and his trainee that accompanied him that were also very great. My girlfriend and I will be visiting again soon.”
“Had a great 3 days stay in this hotel.
The rooms was spacious and clean wit a great bathroom.
The location was also quite good (public transportation station right in front of the hotel) with short walk times to the old part of the city and the city core.
So I can only recommend it.
Main thing to be aware of that there is no check In desk inside the hotel and it all works with Codes they send you via mail.
So either do the check In before or have a smartphone at hand to recieve the e-mail with the room access code.”
“The hotel is beautiful. It is a bit of a walk if you are staying on the side over the convention center. The rooms are very nice. The staff was amazing. EVERY single staff member was delightful. Truly a great experience and would recommend staying here.”
“This place is wonderful! The staff is great! Most historical places are just a couple of blocks away. We walked EVERYWHERE. The food is good at the restaurant. The restaurant staff and bartender are extremely perceptive. The rooms are clean. There's a parking garage for your car.”

“Easy walk from the train station, but there’s not a side walk in one spot. The gym was pretty good. Beds and pillows were comfortable. It was quiet. The breakfast was decent. They use Lyft concierge instead of a shuttle service. I think you have to pay for it, we got lucky at the prize wheel they have and got our ride for free. Not a lot of food options nearby.”
“Its a great spot. You have to be prepared for a no frills (meaning no lobby, ice machine etc) experience but that is not a big deal when you are prepared for it.
Bed was crazy comfortable, bathroom was well appointed and everything was clean.(maybe add some instructions for the bidet)
Record player was a great touch (add more records ;))
The location is top notch.
Would for sure stay again!”
