“Cooper emergency room extremely busy when arrived with sister, waiting room nurses Kerri & Denise could not have been more helpful, compassionate and just plain nice! First holding room, lucky to get it, all staff fabulous, move to clean room, Dr. Francisco, can't pronounce last name was absolutely amazing!!! And my personal favorite, R.N. Alfred was always ready to meet every need, can't get much better than him, actually as all staff!! A shout out to the best, most efficient and kind security team I've ever encountered. In all, at a most stressful time, everyone was everything you could ever want to depend on, very special people!! Made me feel very thankful to leave Gloria in their most capable ? hands!! “I had two appointments at this Quest Diagnostics location this week, and both visits went very well. Check-in was quick, and the staff were professional, friendly, and efficient. I had a large amount of bloodwork ordered, and during my second visit I became lightheaded afterward. The technician immediately let me rest in the chair, brought me water, and made sure I felt completely better before leaving. I really appreciated the care and attention. Overall, both visits were smooth, and I would definitely recommend this location for bloodwork.”

“I dont leave many reviews but if I could give this place 10 stars then I would. Dr. Lillee is a healer! She has fixed a few problems for me since I met her 2 years ago and today's treatment was outstanding. I went in today with knee pain and she quickly identified the root cause and was able to do some adjustments and stretches that almost completely eliminated my knee pain. It's a night and day difference from where I was at when I walked in to where am I am now with my pain and believe it will be fully healed with the stretches she taught me to do. It's already so much better and compelled me to write this review. If you're looking for a holistic place to get treatment for things (they treat SO many types if things here) then you absolutely should consider this place, you will be VERY happy that you did!”

“The only reason why I’m giving it a 4 star is because of 2 things. 1. No one is there to greet, ask questions or give guidance. Every employee is doing 3/4/5 different things. 2. The walk in procedure. Just require appointments to save people’s time. Don’t say you take walk ins but still need an appointment. The employees were helpful but I felt like I had to chase them down.”

I am terrified of needles and they never make me feel silly about it. All of the employees are just so kind and I really appreciate that especially when going for bloodwork is daunting.”

The first time i went for my covid test a few months ago there was a line to get tested but it was all very organized and went quickly. I strongly recommend going to Atlantic diagnostic laboratories for covid tests and or any lab test your doctor orders!”

“I was a little nervous about getting my blood drawn this time because I'm queasy about blood recently (I cut my leg on an exposed rusty furniture joint a month ago while helping dad move a desk, and it was messy but I recovered fully). When the phlebotomist finished gently collecting the tubes, she showed a lot of compassion and gave me an extra reminder not to lift heavy objects on my drawn arm (like grocery bags or soda packs) for at least an hour after the blood draw. Thanks a lot for the small detail and extra care. Also, the wait time in the lobby was zero minutes and the check-in process was fast and fun because I always like putting my license under the UFO style scanning machine at the checkin kiosk. Thanks for a clean facility with a friendly and hardworking staff, they get everything done even with life happening.”

“These guys are always awesome and I appreciate them a lot! I'm pretty phobic of needles, and it's usually pretty difficult for me to get blood drawn. I have to do it every 3 to 6 months unfortunately, but every time I go in they are so nice and they get it done in literal seconds! I'm actually so surprised at how fast they can get my blood drawn, coming here is such a load off my chest. Even when they are busy they keep it moving! If you guys are reading this, you all are killing it!”
