“This is the most comfortable I’ve ever been at a medical facility. I had to take a biometric screening so the phlebotomist had to draw blood and she was so good and so quick with it! Also, I had 0 wait time. 10/10 would come back next year! ?”
“This the best urgent care I've been to thus far! Very clean and friendly atmosphere. And also, you're not waiting no longer than 15 to 20 to be seen after checking in to be seen. The doctor Lee Heji was very attentive and also very kind. Would recommend anyone to this urgent care over all the other ones.”
“Jasmine and her fellow coworker, Kyle, are both incredibly pleasant and easy to get along with. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in and throughout the entire blood draw process. On top of that, they’re both excellent at drawing blood—great sticks, which we all love! “It’s all about communication to keep people happy. And Kendal did an amazing job letting everyone waiting about their timing. She was working alone because a coworker called out, but she kept a smile on her face and did her best to get to all of us in a timely fashion. Her spirit and the music made me feel at ease. And not to mention there was a wall of “Positive Patient Posts.” In the world we are in now.. those small moments and lists mean so much”

“Cooper emergency room extremely busy when arrived with sister, waiting room nurses Kerri & Denise could not have been more helpful, compassionate and just plain nice! First holding room, lucky to get it, all staff fabulous, move to clean room, Dr. Francisco, can't pronounce last name was absolutely amazing!!! And my personal favorite, R.N. Alfred was always ready to meet every need, can't get much better than him, actually as all staff!! A shout out to the best, most efficient and kind security team I've ever encountered. In all, at a most stressful time, everyone was everything you could ever want to depend on, very special people!! Made me feel very thankful to leave Gloria in their most capable ? hands!! That made it so much easier for me since I am legally blind and did not have to scroll through and answer lots of questions! Danielle took my blood and she was great!”

“Wow. What a great experience I had today. I checked in on my phone and was called back before I sat down. Shout out to Gina. She was amazing. Drawing blood is often traumatic for me. This time, it couldn't be easier. One stick and she filled the 8 vials quickly and professionally. I was back in my car 8 minutes later. Amazing”
“Every single time I come here which is often, whether I make an appointment or walk in, the entire process is no more then 5 min. Staff is friendly, and you hardly feel the draw. I told my nurse in 4 today that they should Ali be sent to train the hospital nurses because I come home looking like a checkerboard full of bruises everytime. For routine blood work, I've been to many places, but my first choice is always the quest. And welsh. My dad has been coming here for like fifteen years as well. The staff is amazing.”
“I dont leave many reviews but if I could give this place 10 stars then I would. Dr. Lillee is a healer! She has fixed a few problems for me since I met her 2 years ago and today's treatment was outstanding. I went in today with knee pain and she quickly identified the root cause and was able to do some adjustments and stretches that almost completely eliminated my knee pain. It's a night and day difference from where I was at when I walked in to where am I am now with my pain and believe it will be fully healed with the stretches she taught me to do. It's already so much better and compelled me to write this review. If you're looking for a holistic place to get treatment for things (they treat SO many types if things here) then you absolutely should consider this place, you will be VERY happy that you did!”
“Went online made an appointment needed results back fast. Once I arrived I waited in lobby for 3.5 minutes. Receptionist called me I checked in. Gave my samples I was there for a grand total of 12 minutes max. Got results the next day. ?”
“The employees at Atlantic diagnostic laboratories were extremely friendly and let me in as soon as i rang the door bell. I was in and out within 5 minutes for my covid test. The first time i went for my covid test a few months ago there was a line to get tested but it was all very organized and went quickly. I strongly recommend going to Atlantic diagnostic laboratories for covid tests and or any lab test your doctor orders!”

“The only reason why I’m giving it a 4 star is because of 2 things.
1. No one is there to greet, ask questions or give guidance. Every employee is doing 3/4/5 different things.
2. The walk in procedure. Just require appointments to save people’s time. Don’t say you take walk ins but still need an appointment.
The employees were helpful but I felt like I had to chase them down.”
“I’ve been here twice in the last month and had a great experience. I just walked in for both visits and arrived between 7-7:15am. Both times I only waited for a few minutes before being seen. Staff have been friendly and efficient.”
“The Persante Team made the scheduling for my sleep study so easy. I have a very busy life between my 9 to 5 & running a small business, I had to reschedule twice. This was not a problem for Persante, not only did they make my rescheduling process easy, They checked with in between to see if I had any changes in my schedule. You can tell that they genuinely care. Feels like family. Highly Recommended”
“Check in was easy (through the portal). The staff were professional, polite and the process for lab work was quick. Because I had an appointment I waited approximately 3 minutes after I checked in.”
“The visit itself was perfect; I was called in before my actual appointment time! The only strange thing was not being able to verify my appointment on-line after I lost the info that I wrote at the time I made the appointment. I got an email saying that someone would get back to me, but I never heard from anyone. Fortunately, my memory held the write time!”
“Appointment via on line. No issues. Arrived half hour early. Signed in thru portal. Walked in. Got waited on right away. And then blood draw. Both young ladies were absolutely wonderful.”
“It was mostly the wait, but I understand why, they were short-staffed. However, the person who drew my son's blood had the hands of an angel! My son has special needs, and drawing his blood is usually difficult, but she did it with such patience; she got it right on the very first try, and my son didn't even cry. I am so grateful to her.”
“The app makes it fast. Use the app! Make an appointment. Supply your insurance info . Check in. Wait 5 minutes then. Your being seen and 10 minutes later you’re done. You get a Free cotton ball.”
