Nice location and had quick availability for lab work, but did not do a good job of drawing my blood. The phlebotomist did not check for the vein in my inner elbow area at all and directly took from my forearm leading to hematoma. It's been more than a week and the bruising has still not healed.

Went in knowing wait time maybe long since I did not have an appointment. Line moved quickly, Irma welcomed me and invited in. Her hands are golden I did not even feel a pinch. Anywhere else I go I get pocked at least 3 times. Thank you Irma for being a professional at your job!
