“I had two appointments at this Quest Diagnostics location this week, and both visits went very well. Check-in was quick, and the staff were professional, friendly, and efficient. I had a large amount of bloodwork ordered, and during my second visit I became lightheaded afterward. The technician immediately let me rest in the chair, brought me water, and made sure I felt completely better before leaving. I really appreciated the care and attention. Overall, both visits were smooth, and I would definitely recommend this location for bloodwork.”
“Erica, phlebotomy technician, is an absolute blessing. She made my visit a very pleasant one. My health provider, Jefferson Hospital, did not send a script for requested bloodwork due to an honest mixup. She then suggested that l call Jefferson to see if someone could send one to the lab. Erica was very patient, and waited until Jefferson sent a script to the lab for me, even though this process took some time. Erica’s technique for drawing blood is excellent. When I return to the lab again, I hope to have her collect my blood. I highly recommend her.”
“I had a great experience getting lab work done at this location. I have always had issues with people finding my veins. This is the second person in my life to not prick me more than once! He was so efficient, made me feel relaxed, and was a delight to chat with. He said he has been doing this for 39 years, he was a pro. I always hated going to get lab work done and that was truly painless. I had an appointment ahead of time and was seen on time, as well.”

“I regularly get bloodwork done and am always having to find a nearby labcorp. This location is clean and is the most welcoming location I’ve been to. I am terrified of needles and they never make me feel silly about it. All of the employees are just so kind and I really appreciate that especially when going for bloodwork is daunting.”

“This was an issue, i had to call my dr, it took about 20-30 min to resolve but when i was done, which was past my scheduled time, they still accepted me, the Muslim woman at the front, forgot to get her name, and Kyniah, helped me out, it was much faster service provided and she listened to me when I said to take the blood out my hands. Very skilled! Thank yall!”

“Went in knowing wait time maybe long since I did not have an appointment. Line moved quickly, Irma welcomed me and invited in. Her hands are golden I did not even feel a pinch. Anywhere else I go I get pocked at least 3 times. Thank you Irma for being a professional at your job!”
“We typically use labcorp in NJ but this time we were told to use this PA location. I was expecting a worse experience than what we typically get in NJ. These ladies were not only very efficient but they were very polite and calming to my daughter. I normally never leave reviews but I absolutely felt it was necessary with the service these ladies provided today.”

“Been coming here for years. Always quick in and out. Never a long wait. I am a difficult stick but they’re always able to get me done without any issues. They don’t open on Saturdays and I tried the labcorp at Torresdale Hospital and had a terrible experience. Never going back there again. I always try to come here if I can. Excellent staff at this location.”
“I've visited this location a few times and it is always great service. However, I noticed the technician filling the vials completely up with blood. When I asked why, I was told they needed the plasma for testing. This was very concerning because you don't need that much blood for testing. Even more concerning that she stopped filling the vials up after I said something. Which is it? Pay attention! Why are they taking more blood than what is needed.”
