“I have used Quest at its Mt Airy location on three occasions. i have found setting an appointment one of easiest medical procedures to arrange of any I have sought. The facility was convenient and clean, the staff was courteous, accommodating competent and professional at all but the most recent appointment: personal gossip among the staff who were also physically present during my most recent procedure was invasive and uncomfortable. Future visits will determine if this was an unusual experience or an evolving practice. It will not deter me from using or recommending the facility, but I will relate the experience as a cautionary note.”
“Every single time I come here which is often, whether I make an appointment or walk in, the entire process is no more then 5 min. Staff is friendly, and you hardly feel the draw. I told my nurse in 4 today that they should Ali be sent to train the hospital nurses because I come home looking like a checkerboard full of bruises everytime. For routine blood work, I've been to many places, but my first choice is always the quest. And welsh. My dad has been coming here for like fifteen years as well. The staff is amazing.”
“I was in for a routine blood test for your nurse to withdraw blood from my arm - for the past few years, your previous nurses always had issues finding the vein and would stick me 2,3 or 4 times or switch arms or both, before they found the vein - the most recent nurse only did 1 stick & immediately found the vein and got the blood out &; into 6 to 8 vials in less than 90 seconds….Best blood withdraw nurse I have ever had!!”
“The 2 techs working on 3-12 in the afternoon were so WONDERFUL to my Son. My Son is special needs and is in a wheelchair. He is very strong especially when he has to get blood drawn. It’s a 3 person job typically. I was there myself with him and the to women working could not have been more helpful, kind and caring to him. I held one arm down and the 2 women focused on the arm they were getting the sample from. We were able to get what we needed with no issues. I was so thankful to them I gave each one of them a hug before we left. Definitely will bring him back to this location!!”
“I’ve had what feels like an absurd amount of blood work done over the last three years and this morning’s experience was my best yet. Steve is now my favorite phlebotomist and I’ll be sure to ask for him whenever I need to go again! I had three vials drawn and barely felt a thing. The transition between vials was smooth, he found my hard to find veins on his first try, and there was zero bruising after (I almost always bruise). He also had excellent bedside manner and that put me at ease.”

“Never really had a need to go to urgent care but I sliced my two fingers open so I had to go here to see about it instead of going to the emergency room sitting for hours I went here and was seen right away the girls that work there and the doctor oh they were the best it was so nice of a visit I would definitely recommend this urgent Care and once again girls I appreciate everything even though they was laughing at My pain ?❤️? the staff was great!! “They run this place like the marines. Signs were clear to get to the office. Check-in was via a tablet. I arrived a couple minutes before my appointment, 2 people were ahead of me. They collected all my samples and I was walking out the office FOUR MINUTES after my scheduled appointment start. Give these ladies a raise!! Finally!! A place that knows exactly what they’re doing and doesn’t waste your time!!”

“Been coming here for years. Always quick in and out. Never a long wait. I am a difficult stick but they’re always able to get me done without any issues. They don’t open on Saturdays and I tried the labcorp at Torresdale Hospital and had a terrible experience. Never going back there again. I always try to come here if I can. Excellent staff at this location.”
“This morning I was seen by phlebotomy names Crystal. I arrived at 0900am and was promptly called back at my appointment time at 0910. Crystals greeted me and was very pleasant, courteous, and professional. She got me on the first stick (I'm a hard stick, small veins). I was very pleased with my visit and interaction!”
