Not only is Marie knowledgeable and helpful she is an absolute delight. She understood exactly what I was looking for.

I walked in hoping to find a shoe with a wide toe box for my feet issues and I was greeted by Victoria who set me up on their machine to measure my foot alignment. She helped me find the perfect shoe for work and exercising. Cannot recommend this store location enough- if I ever need new balance shoes again I will for sure be coming back to this location.”

I was in a few days ago to make a return (ridiculous you can’t ship back) and I was taken care of by the nicest and most patient associate I’ve ever dealt with at a retail store. Her name is Devi and she should be recognized. The system was acting funky and she had to return everything individually. She didn’t make me feel like a nuisance, instead she apologized, smiled and carried great conversation. I was returning over ten things! This woman should be a manager because she knows how to keep a level head, a good attitude, and gives exceptional customer service. Someone give this lady a raise!”

“Got my dress for my September 2026 wedding here last month! Everyone is so sweet! When it came to the tricky part of figuring out what size dress to order (when top/bottom are different sizing) both women that helped me were very detail orientated and helpful in making sure it would be the best fit. I can't wait to go back to try on my dress once it comes in! I would recommend this shop as well for the adorable charm/small boutique feel it has. Not to overwhelming and all the dresses are beautiful!!”
