“Yesterday, 6/15/25, I visited this location for the first time early in the morning and had an amazing experience. An issue came up with my home location and the young lady and young man did all they could to fix the issue. In the end, they resolve the issue, while keeping me informed and serviced me well.
Great customer service is lacking lately, but these two individuals provided excellent service. I don't live in the area but would visit the location again.”
“I went to this branch a few different times as I moved my different business accounts to Wells Fargo. Bart (Konopacki?) was very professional, very knowledgeable, and overall very helpful. I had questions about payroll and DirectPay/direct deposit for my business and Bart took the time to look up for information from his portal and to actually connect me with ADP! That is what I call a “customer first” attitude! Way to go above and beyond!Don’t get me wrong, my local WF branch (in Roselle) is great, but when I need a banker, Clark is my go-to branch!Thanks Bart! And Thank you WF Clark!”

“Appointments necessary for sit down business transactions. Walk-ins for Teller counter ONLY. Needed a replacement debit card. When I arrived at the Clark branch I hadn't made an appointment but was able to make one by following the directions posted on the door. I needed to send a text with my name and wait in my vehicle untill they advised me it was okay to enter and was given the name of the representative I would be seeing. Was in and out in less than ten minutes with a replacement card. Dividers at counter/desks and masks are required.”
