“I had a great experience at Mattresses Firm thanks to Emad , the sleep expert, I came in to look for a pillow because I’ve been dealing with some neck pain. Emad took the time to really understand my situation instead of just trying to sell me something. He asked the right questions about my sleep position and the kind of discomfort I’ve been having, and based on that, he recommended a pillow that turned out to be exactly what I needed. What stood out the most was how knowledgeable and patient he was. He explained the differences between options in a way that was easy to understand, and I never felt rushed or pressured. It genuinely felt like he cared about helping me find the right solution rather than just making a sale. The pillow he recommended has already made a noticeable difference for my neck pain, and I really appreciate his guidance.”

“Exceptional service and professional salespeople helped with the transaction. The manager was great and showed skill in the process of buying a leather chair and stearns bed that helped a lot. The salesman Callen was awesome going the extra mile replacing a logo on the chair driving where he lived to exchange another one for me. Awesome front desk crew and nice lady in the front helping with great music singing along same time. An overall win and recommended highly, come in”

“Everything about this experience was fantastic from shopping for the mattress, to the education from Ron, to the first few nights sleeping on it. I’m amazed, gobsmacked, bamboozled. An honest small business with a well made product and a genuine interest in every stakeholder’s wellbeing. This business is exactly what every single business in this country should be but is not. But I digress, the mattress is beyond better than anything else I have ever slept on. The primary thing we’re trying to get from this business as customers is simply top notch. I have never slept better, and have never felt better about a purchase. I love supporting honest businesses that care about their employees, customers, and every stakeholder in between. Really fantastic place!”
