“I had a great experience at Mattresses Firm thanks to Emad , the sleep expert, I came in to look for a pillow because I’ve been dealing with some neck pain. Emad took the time to really understand my situation instead of just trying to sell me something. He asked the right questions about my sleep position and the kind of discomfort I’ve been having, and based on that, he recommended a pillow that turned out to be exactly what I needed.
What stood out the most was how knowledgeable and patient he was. He explained the differences between options in a way that was easy to understand, and I never felt rushed or pressured. It genuinely felt like he cared about helping me find the right solution rather than just making a sale.
The pillow he recommended has already made a noticeable difference for my neck pain, and I really appreciate his guidance.”

“The 2 sales ladies are great! One in Target plaza on Richmond Ave & oneon veteran 's road. Your refund system is in need of a simple much redue. I spent the better part of my 4th of July morning trying to purchase an iteam that was more than̈ the refund..I went from the refund ctr back to sales personat least 3 times,plus using another sales rep in between. Shoppers please make sure that your purchases is returned, if the prouduct breaks be prepared to file a claim wait for ever to get an answer like the one I received CANT replace due to normal wear & tear . It was 2 yrs old,or don't have a technician in your area. And I am sure if you did some research you could find an equal or better product. Laurie @ Veterns Rd West aslo very helpful in calling the claimed department in case they needed more information

“I was thinking about purchasing a new bed and after seeing reviews in consumer reports decided to check out Casper after seeing their reviews . I went to Casper store Menlo Park and was greeted by Giselle. I looked at the beds on my own and then Giselle came over and started explaining everything about different beds . Very helpful to a new buyer for sure. She pointed out all the things that the beds have and also the new adjustable frames .After she showed me all that they had to offer made my decision to trade up an easy one . She was one awesome sales person and Casper is lucky to have her.
