“My wife and I went in just to test a couple of different mattresses. We were met by Syed. He was very helpful took his time answered all our questions and gave us a deal we could not refuse.. We have the bed for about two weeks now and we love it. We ended up getting a Beautyrest black series hybrid series one Syed told me that they sell furniture, so I just went back today and purchased a sofa from him as well. Emad took the time to really understand my situation instead of just trying to sell me something. He asked the right questions about my sleep position and the kind of discomfort I’ve been having, and based on that, he recommended a pillow that turned out to be exactly what I needed.

“I am having difficulty adjusting the firmness of my bed. My app gave me a number to call for assistance. The Number connected me with my local store in East Hanover, New Jersey. James answered and explained that he’s a sales person, but would help me as much as he could. He was terrific. He worked with me for over 45 minutes trying different things . Unfortunately, nothing worked. He finally sent me a number for Customer Service. That number is different from the Customer Service number I had been given previously so I now have two ways to try and get more help. James, it’s a very pleasant and hard-working employee.”
