The owner walked me through my repair options and when I returned to pick it up he showed me a bunch of internal issues from the last place that repaired my phone, it was shocking! He did a wonderful job, not only did he replace the screens he removed all the scrapes and scratches around the iPad. When I picked up the iPad it looked like a brand new one.
