“Having to get your car repaired (front bumper replacement) could be really stressful. But when Enterprise made it possible for me to drop off my vehicle at the shop and then they had an Enterprise office personnel pick me up and take me to their office to pick up the rental, it was a wonderful experience. And to top it off, when my car was ready to pick up, all I had to do was bring the rental to the shop (fill the tank up) where Enterprise would pick it up. Seamless. No stress. Yay!!!! Thanks again!”

“Finding the counter was very difficult given the local road closure; I would appreciate some instructions on getting there instead of multiple emails asking for upgrades prior to pick-up. Or a sign inside the garage would help.
The staff were very relaxed about the condition of the car and ensured me that they are well aware of the scratches without having to note them on the slip. I guess their laissez-faire attitude works in this neighborhood rental spot as long as your car came back without any additional damage.
The interior of our full-size rental needed a wipe down - bring some wipes with you. The only thing about renting here is the convenience part of it. Also, they ask for company ID at pick-up when using a company discount code.”

“MAKE SURE TO READ THIS!!!!
I was very hesitate on booking with Budget when I went on a business trip over the weekend due to the horrible reviews. So I decided to not book and went to the front desk when I arrived. Unfortunately they didn’t have any cars so I ended up booking with hertz. But it doesn’t end there.
For my flight back home, it ended up getting canceled, leaving me stranded at the airport. I was able to find a flight back home from Charlotte so I ended up booking the flight and went quickly to the rental desk. I went straight to the Budget desk because I know they have the lowest rates and I spoke to Austin. I asked him if he had any cars that I can take to the Charlotte airport and he said they had many. He allowed me to book online to get a better rate and even upgraded me at no cost from a coupe to a suv. I was able to get to Charlotte within 70 minutes and to my surprise I was only charged for the hourly rate, instead of the daily rate, a significantly lower cost.
All the negative reviews are due to no cars or no one at the front desk. The airport just moved all the rental agencies to one central location and all of the agencies have a lot more cars. So hopefully those issues have been resolved.
Also word of advice, don’t use a third party company to book your rental. Just book it straight online on the agency’s website. It’s the lowest price and will ensure you will get a car.
