“I went to this metro store because I needed 2 new phones I called head ahead of time to check if they had it in stock at first I was confused because the guy was super friendly I just wasn't ready for that because of previous experience from other stores.
When I went to the the store the guy took the time to listen to my questions and used the questions I was asking and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and I did.
It's rare to find customer service that take the time to listen to what the customer wants.”
