“Although I was not able to procure calming meds for my 13 yr old cat due to earthquake stresses, (April 2024) the staff was very knowledgeable to recommend other options.They only carried cbd oil to put on food, she hardly eats when stressed.Only maybe treats!”

“I can't say enough good things about this company and their product. I had a difficult case that needed a custom tarsal support and ordering it and the delivery were fast and easy. When I made a mistake with one of the measurements I was able to call and someone answered the phone immediately and guided me through the return process. I was able to have the product altered and shipped back to me within a week. This company has the best customer service I have experienced in a long while. “I have to tell you all that if you need a grooming service this is where you need to go. This might sound corny but the group that works here has become family. My dog Bo used to have extreme anxiety going other places now since i have been going here he’s like “ ok bye” and loves everyone there. Great professionalism, enthusiasm, and such a great group within grooming and through employees at Flemington Petsmart in general. The manager is always so nice and you can tell everyone really likes him.”
“Winnie at Tractor Supply is on another level. We went to a bunch of different locations and she was the only one who actually checked for the product instead of guessing. I called in with the chemical name and she didn’t just say yes or no. She actually used her eyes to read the label and confirm what was in the product so we didn’t waste an hour driving for nothing. That alone saved us serious time.
On top of that she brought the product to the front and held it for us and even made sure there were extras. That is real customer service. Not lazy. Not rushed. Not robotic. Just someone who understands the product and cares about helping people.
This Tractor Supply is lucky to have Winnie. If you’re management and reading this give her a raise and then in six months give her another one. Hold onto people like this and your store will always win.”
