Usually these people are rude and disgusting for no reason. I forgot his name but he is a light skinned black man. I ship packages at least 10 times a week and I specifically stand and wait for him. He should train these incoming employees so they can see how to treat people. Give him a raise immediately!”

“Peggy was really great; I had an appointment for my five year old daughter's renewal of passport and she helped us in a jiffy. She was clear, friendly, speedy, and efficient; she took one good picture, we signed papers, she made copies, and we were out within 10 minutes. And TJ Kim was in the office at the time and was friendly, kind and tolerant of my happy children as we waited. I would give 10 stars.”

“Shipped an international package there. Representative Chris has been patient and informative all the time. We tried using the global express for 3 times it didn’t work out so eventually chose priority mail express. He handled the package pretty neatly and gave me two customer forms that I can fill at home if I wanna ship international package again.Two other representatives are efficient and friendly too. It’s good to see a post office operating in full capacity during holiday season.”

“Hands down best post office experience! Small location only two people on staff per shift. As o filled out my money order and envelope they greeted every customer and asked how they could assist. They seemed genuinely interested in getting issues resolved and customers in and out of the door efficiently. I was in and out in less than 15 mins and that included the time it took to fill out my paperwork. Super happy with my experience. Extra points for having awesome music playing in the background. I know it's for the staff but I enjoyed it :)”

Ali & Margie are courteous, helpful and friendly.the outside of the facility is embarrassing for the USPS, garbage, overgrown weeds, containers of rotten food left by the dregs of society on the stairs for 2 sometimes 3 weeks. does this facility not have a maintenance crew?”

Walked and explained whole process to me and what to expect from passport agency in return.I’m from englewood cliffs but when I went there to try and complete my process they were rude, nasty, vial, disgusting human beings yelling and screaming at everyone. Lazy but angry at everyone.I came to tenafly because some of their staff members used to work in englewood cliffs when their post office WAS nicer and wanted a smooth support.”

“This was my 2nd time ever mailing anything out, so I was clueless on what package to get to place my item in, it's price, how to write the addresses and etc, yes literally only 2nd time I mailed anything out, it was pretty busy, and there was only one lady there name Helen fonseca, who I managed to peek at her name badge, I applaud her for one being very patient with me, knowing that most of the questions I asked were probably common sense but I was a bit worried because I was sending a package international and wanted to make sure everything I did was correct, and two even though the line was long she was very nice to every person, meanwhile most people in her shoes shall have a reason to be frustrated, a long line and she's all alone but was taking care of everyone in a swift manner, great customer service indeed. Yes I was that guy that asked a few questions and may have took some extra time and got someone annoyed on the line but she was so patient and helpful.”

I’m happy with this place considering this side of Teaneck gets nothing.The people in this area of Teaneck are known to be pretty self centered and mean. With that said leave my boy alone he been there since before i was old enough to care about mail. Also we get this rinky dink usps while cedar lane side has a nice one. This side of teaneck doesnt even get anything so im not tryna lose this usps cuz yall cranky and inappreciative.”

I will never use my local post offices again because this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. They helped me use up old postage I ordered incorrectly so I could mail several packages without wasting it or buying new stamps. They were patient and kind and pleasant with everyone. It's in a cute area, across the street from a cafe. The post office was clean, and not busy whatsoever. Also, the mail clerk who helped me was kind, helpful, and professional. Definitely recommend this post office if you are in the area and in need of shipping.”
“I love the staff like family and 5 stars aren't enough. I wish people would realize how difficult the year has been for the workers and appreciate their dedication to our community. From October through December they deal with an incredible number of packages. In January they are extremely busy shipping Holiday returns but... in 2020, the pandemic hit and online orders skyrocketed causing them to work at a holiday pace ALL YEAR LONG! Some patrons complain when they show up and the doors are closed but that's only when they are short staffed and the only workers use the time for the lunch break they are entitled to. There's always a sign letting you know what time the doors will open again. If you show up, share a smile and a word of encouragement. They're wonderful people with friendly personalities.”
