“Went to Kings based on location. Had used that same body shop when it was owned by the previous person. I took my 2024 Toyota Highlander for repair and the owner and estimator were very nice and I got it back when they promised and you couldn't even tell it was ever hit. “Good Morning!!! This month I was able to get my car worked on and fixed by Anthony. His customer service skills were on point from the moment I arrived. He was helpful, patient, and answered any and all of questions. This was my first time taking my car for repairs here and I was not disappointed. It was adorable and my car looks like new again. The paint and parts are spot on. The biggest thing I enjoyed about this whole experience was the turn around time. The work I needed done on my car was completed in 2 days. “Working with Mario Auto was a very pleasant experience from the start. Claudia was extremely helpful in navigating the entire experience from beginning to end. She helped with getting the vehicle to the shop, how to handle insurance, and even made sure i was able to get a perfect color match. I’ve personally never had to deal with a vehicle accident let alone actual body repair on a vehicle and she made it so easy. She was even available past closing time for me to come by with documents and key drop off.
The technicians that worked on my vehicle were very helpful as well and did an amazing job on the repairs. As stated they were able to perfect match the new pieces which i was very afraid of given it’s a very vibrant white car that had slight yellowing in some spots. They washed the car for me and even were able to remove some of the spots that were on my doors and skirts that i thought would never come off. The car looks as good as the day i bought it nearly 5 years ago.
Also, to the guy who tried to say this shop was dirty in the reviews, this is one of the cleanest shops I’ve ever been to, even cleaner than a lot of chain shops. 10/10 would go here again and trust them with all my future vehicle auto-body needs.”

I had no clue when I first went through my accident but Sel’s wife Fany helped me tremendously. She was just an absolute sweetheart to work with and answer every question I had regarding my while situation. I’m so glad I came to them because once I was in they helped me from there to the end ! I would recommend them because they have knowledge and experience in any area of accidents and repairs. I want to give them a 10 star review from the experience I had here! “I’ve been having the worst luck with my vehicle lately. I was driving down 1-9 & felt that my car was off, then heard an unusual thumping sound that I have never heard before & then a strong odor. Luckily it happened right before I passed this shop and luckily the shop was less than a minute after this happened. Panicking inside I stopped and spoke with the Guys (managers/owner) & told them what was going on. They were ON IT! They checked out my vehicle. Got a quick diagnostics & told me what was wrong and even brought me in and showed me. They were very Thorough & Knowledgeable. They gave me an estimate which wasn’t half as bad as I thought it would be & went to work. It was painless. The atmosphere is comfortable as well. I was very satisfied with the business, their work, & the hospitality. I think it was meant that I find this place. JJ Bergamo will be my new spot. I look forward to doing future work with them! They turned one of my worst days into an awesome one!”

“I feel awkward even having to leave a review based on incomplete repair … we picked up our vehicle after being called and told it was ready .. only to find that the car had begun smoking 20 minutes after driving back home … we were told to observe it over the weekend as it was likely just water on or in the hoses being expelled since the radiator had been replaced when (Infact this looks to be antifreeze that I am wiping off that seems to be splashing everywhere under the hood). I come out this morning and peek under the hood to top the vehicle off with windshield fluid and notice and entire section of the air intake assembly was not properly secured to the vehicle.. I should not be able to
Lift this section almost a foot away from where it should be secured by bolts…this is frustrating since we returned our rental and now will have no clue of the length of time it may take to have this fixed the RIGHT way ‼️
