I recently had to get an oil change and had a check engine light. The team at Frank’s was very responsive and able to schedule my car for a same week visit. They were very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and helped fix the issues quickly. They communicated wonderfully throughout the entire process from scheduling, providing estimates, and resolution. The car now runs smooth and great. I would recommend Frank’s for any vehicle servicing.
Update Dec 4th:
The team was able to fit my car into the schedule last minute before the holidays in order to prepare for a long drive. I’m grateful for the shop’s customer support and flexibility while fixing diagnosing and fixing the car’s O2 sensor so quickly. I’ll continue to take my car here as my car has never run so good as it has now since I started going to Frank’s. Thank you so much.”

“There was a dent on my 2020 Lexus LX 570 caused by an unidentified driver in a parking lot. After shopping around for a couple of days for a body shop to do the repairs, I went to DND Auto Body which is near where I live. Other auto body shops had quoted me outrageous prices, so I had decided not to repair it. When I entered the reception area of DND Auto Body, the receptionist greeted me with a smile and I also noticed how clean the facility was. In no time, she called Mateo to inspect the car and give me an estimate for the repair of the dent. Mateo was very courteous and professional. Much to my dismay, Mateo gave me an estimate which was 25% of what two other body shops had quoted me. Without hesitation, I authorized the work. Mateo told me it was going to take about 2 days to complete. A day later, I dropped the car off to Mateo. He even gave me a ride home. The work was completed the following day. The bumper looks meticulous and the paint is the exact match. Mateo, thank you very much for your unquestionably superlative skill and knowledge. If I ever need a body work, this is the auto body shop I will go to. Mateo has earned my trust and I will spread the good word around. “Ultimate Collision is ULTIMATELY the best choice when it comes to collision restoration. I've had work done at Ultimate Collision on a few different cars (including sports cars), over the past several years, and I have always had a positive experience, as well as suburb outcomes. Jerry, the owner, is very professional, personable, and patient. He never rushes me when initially assessing the damage to my car, and he takes the time to explain the details of the process in a way I can understand.
His staff members, especially Bridget and Orville, provided excellent customer service. They provided me with a lot of assistance with the insurance process, and they kept me updated the whole time, which really put my mind at ease. Bridget is so friendly and respectful, and Orville took the time to provide extremely helpful advice about the options that were available to me.
As far as the outcome, my car looked incredible and beautiful, looking a LOT hotter than it has ever looked over the past several years...including the interior!
