Joke was on me my sister had the biggest bags ever so we went back and was greeted by Mr Dior and Eric and this time Mr Eric saw the issue and upgraded me to a more comfortable and spacious suv. “We bought 3 cars from them. Had a very good experience with them. Bought a Nissan Rogue, then a Nissan Altima and recently a Lexus rx350. I’ve been going to them for the last 7-8 years. The cars all run beautifully and they helped us out a lot with getting cars for our family. The service was great and quality of cars are also amazing. Highly recommend. “The only complaint I have is that I have only found out about this location recently. This is my second time renting from this establishment and everything has been amazing. The owners great and very efficient. They take pride in their work and make sure all the vehicles they offer are well taken care of and well-maintained. The vehicle that I ended up getting needed to be cleaned and they took their time to make sure it was just perfect . I will definitely try to continue to rent all of my vehicles from them.”

“There is no problem with the Ace/Drivo company, but be aware that they are NOT on airport property. This means you have to take the air train at Newark to P3, then call for the Ace/Drivo shuttle, then the shuttle drives you to their offsite location to get the car. We saved a little money however with my mom in a wheelchair it made for a very long, inconvenient process to and from the actual car pickup/drop off location. If you don’t mind jumping through those hoops, everything else was fine.”

I recently needed to rent a pickup truck for an excursion up in Hyannis, MA, because my everyday car just didn’t have the space to accommodate all of our gear. From the moment I walked in, the entire experience was flawless.
The counter representative, Dwayne, was an absolute pleasure to interact with. He was professional, personable, and incredibly efficient. He clearly explained all the essentials—the insurance options, how the EZ Pass works, and the refueling policy if I didn't have time to top off the tank before returning it. In today's climate, it is so rare and refreshing to come across someone who is genuinely happy to help and actually wants to be there. He gave my morning a fantastic start.
To top it off, the rental price was great, especially since it included unlimited mileage.
That high level of professionalism and friendliness didn't stop at the front counter, either. Every single employee I encountered—from the team getting the vehicle ready, to the security gate staff, to the crew handling the return—was absolutely wonderful.
This is how customer service should be. I’ll definitely be renting from here again!”
“The staff was amazing extremely helpful. Because of my complete spinal reconstruction I was unable to drive the vehicle and realize this on my way home before I even packed the car to go to the destination I was planning on. I returned the car this morning and was told I would only be charged the $250 for the day and they voided the rest of the contract. I put in the 2.8 gallons of gas it took me to get the car home and back so I returned it on Full. I didn’t realize I would have to lean up on the strain. It was putting on my neck to drive the vehicle that I rented. It was a last-minute rental because I had a family member dying in Atlanta, but unfortunately, I was not able to handle the drive. I know what the holiday weekend coming up the turnover would be crazy fast and I’m sure they had somebody already waiting for this car. It’s my loss and I was hoping to have the car for one full week. This is the first time I have ever driven anything other than my 1996 Chevy Lumina since my surgeries. I did not anticipate how I would feel or the movements I would have to make to accommodate myself. The vehicle itself was beautiful just not right for me. I did start calling at 7 AM this morning was unable to get a hold of anyone and Got there approximately 8:10 AM to return it because I had to wait for a ride home from my older sister. I would highly recommend this company to anyone else though. Sorry I talk text due to my disability, I do hope this comes out correctly. I do thank them for their assistance with this entire matter. Even now after the drop-off, he continuously made himself available to help me through billing issues (again no fault of Avis) and exemplifies not only outstanding customer service skills, but patience with all my questions. “I rent from the Union. NJ location on Morris Ave. Brett was great. Got to choose from 3 mid-size SUV's and picked the Hyundai.
Was great on gas, had plenty of room and performed great for my trip from the east coast to the midwest.
When I got back, they gave me a ride back to my place.
