“I had a recall on my car which made me unable to drive it. The Dealership didn’t have a loaner so they referred Auto Team. I had to rent from them twice, since the first time I took to dealership the issue was not showing on the tests. AutoTeam was proactive and without excitation took the rental car back. Since it was before the timing we had put for the return, I needed a refund. I didn’t check at the time, so I didn’t receive the refund at that time. Understandable, because if you go there you see how busy they are. Once I noticed I didn’t get the refund, I reached out to them and they resolved the issue right away.I had to rent the car again, since now the issue showed on the dealership test. The lady and the gentleman from the company are very nice, respectful and understanding. They made the whole process which it could be stressful, very smooth.I 100% recommend their services. Their prices are incredibly good, the 2 cars I had were sparkling clean and in perfect condition with great features as well.I will definitely come back to AutoTeam for car needs and already recommended for family and friends.”

Only down side is the parking spaces are a bit small.”
