Opened the door 20 minutes prior to store opening time to accommodate my early arrival instead of letting me stand out in the cold. I was in a rush to go to a weekend trip, and they gave me free upgrade and got me on the road by 9AM the time they are supposed to open. No hidden charges, no scam, no BS, just did what they said they would do and at a high level.”

“I especially appreciated the service provided by Brandon, the onsite representative—his support was excellent. The only area for improvement was regarding the fuel policy. I was informed that the vehicle did not need to be returned with a full tank and that I could refill it to the same level upon return, which was a bit tricky. As a result, I ended up filling the tank completely, leading to unnecessary extra fuel costs for me.
Aside from that, the overall service was great. I will definitely be choosing Enterprise again in the future. I have been renting from your facility for over five years now, which speaks volumes about your service quality. Thank you for the great service ?”

Dom and Cindy go out of their way to have the vehicles ready, CLEANED (Dom was fanatical about cleaning my rental of all visible pollen, disinfecting the interior, etc), and safe for use ahead of pickup.
