Check-in process with CHERLOUNE was fast and easy and then upon returning the car OSCAR was very cordial and polite. Our car a Ford escape was also very nice and got great gas mileage. Yes we will rent from Alamo again.

We got a minivan at Dulles airport location, the pickup was ok, the car was good enough but had maintenance warning the whole time we had it. We dropped it off at Newark Airport. The drop off was easy enough, the person checking us in, Joe, was very friendly and pleasant.
