“I had an outstanding experience this morning at the Costco Gas Station thanks to Shown. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly attentive, professional, and kind. He went above and beyond to help me with a quick issue I was having at the pump — something most people would just overlook. Shown’s customer service is truly next level. You can tell he cares about people and takes pride in what he does. It’s rare to come across someone so respectful, helpful, and efficient, especially early in the morning. Costco is lucky to have someone like him representing the brand. Thank you, Shown, for starting my day on such a positive note. You’re a star!”

“This is the only location I come to for service and mechanical repairs. I own a 2020 BMW X5 and the Master Technician at Sunoco, has always treated me fairly and done an excellent job on my vehicle’s repairs. I’ve brought my vehicle to have an oil change, tires replaced, air filters replaced, water pump replaced, oil filter housing, spark plugs replaced, brake fluid flush, transmission fluid change, front and rear brakes replaced, the list goes on! (Yes BMWs do need a lot of maintenance! But I won’t buy another brand!) Everytime I bring my vehicle for service, the Master Tech has exceeded my expectation and I feel safe driving on the road. Thank you for your services!”

Read the postTexas-born Buc-ee's is changing the way people think about gas stations and convenience stores. This chain is known for its huge stores along highways, some with over 100 fuel pumps. With its funny billboard ads, award-winning clean bathrooms, and branded items Buc-ee’s is hard to miss. The company wants people to actually plan to stop at Buc-ee's during road trips, not just go there as a last resort. And it's working - the chain has a huge fan base, with Facebook groups dedicated to Buc-ee's having hundreds of thousands of members.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
