“This isn't about my experience as much as it is about the changes that the levittown branch has made to the interior of their facility. As a disabled American it is very nice to have counters that are made just for the disabled and the ATM as well is much easier to use and more importantly, see. I must also commend you on your customer service. I was recently there to get copes of important papers and instead of seeing me leave and come back, they ask what I needed, took me out of line and put me in contact face to face with one of their customers service reps. “This is one of the few businesses that actually connects well with customers. I opened up a 1st lien position heloc with Ahmed and it was awesome! Also, as a real estate agent I will be referring my clients to this branch for loan applications because they are great. They take the time to know who you are and your goals. From there they make it a point to help you with your goals. One example is that I mentioned I was in real estate and they asked me for business cards so they can refer me to their clients. Amazing! Truly a gem.”

“Recently opened checking and savings accounts at Citizens online. There is a $400 bonus for direct deposit and debit transactions within 60 days. SSA usually takes more than 60 days, hopefully my pension dept. is faster. The main point of my review is the grrreat customer service I received at Mt Holly NJ Acme branch. Kesha was my teller and it was one of the best transactions I've ever had in any bank. Kesha filled out my direct deposit form in a flash. She is very friendly and super efficient, it's nice to know that I can go to this branch and get the best customer service. Thank You Kesha for a very helpful banking trip! Francis McMaster”
