“Having blood taken for testing is never fun, but Quest makes the process very easy. I scheduled an early appointment (6:10 AM) since fasting was required. Check in went very smoothly and quickly. The technician who drew my blood, sorry I don't remember her name, was extremely friendly and efficient and we were done in just a few minutes. I was out of the Center and on my way home by 6:15. I really couldn't ask for any better, faster or friendlier service than that.”
“I used to dread having to get blood work done because I would leave on the verge of passing out with 5 different needle marks from them trying to find a vein. I was referred to this location to see Linda and omg she’s the best ! She really knows what she’s doing and made me feel at ease… I didn't even feel her put the needle in. All the ladies there were super nice and I was in and out in 10 minutes (with an appointment).”

“Excellent experience! Customer service was excellent- it was easy to call in and pay my bill which was detailed out and easy to understand in terms of break down of costs and services etc.I tend to believe, that on average when people leave negative reviews it is often not the full and accurate portrayal of things- such as the negative review I read where the woman complained she provided "the wrong credit card" to billing and then went on to rant about how terrible and incompetent THEY were. As someone who runs a business with my husband- perhaps the general public doesn't understand with their me centered attitude that if they make a mistake or misunderstand something it's not really appropriate or fair to then blame the company providing a product or service. Yet I see this countless times in countless reviews- where people are simply venting and refuse to acknowledge their own mistakes or misconceptions- it seems to be a common theme- lack of individual accountability- instead they jump online, leave a nasty or negative review- hiding behind their keyboard spewing negativity- I find this cowardly and a sad commentary in general on the nature of human beings.”
“I always make an appt . Sometimes they are busy but still move quickly. I’ve fainted at past blood draws and they are always kind and let me lay down. Also never had a time where they had to poke me multiple times trying to do a draw, always a great job.”
