“I scheduled my appointment on the same day and arrived early. I had to wait for a while and I complained to one of the nurses why I wasn’t being called in. She apologized for the inconvenience and explained that since I made the appointment on the same day, it’s considered a stand by appointment. Although I wasn’t pleased about having to wait, the fact that she took her time to explain the situation was very helpful.”

““Emergency meetings” to discuss business operations should only be scheduled when there are no clients, either before or after business hours or during lunch when the office is closed. The supervisor of these lovely, friendly, apologetic, professional women at the Parkway office in Ewing, NJ has no consideration for scheduled clients. The matter being discussed could and should have waited. Having me wait fifteen minutes was unprofessional on the supervisor’s part was not in this building but was conducting the meeting virtually/by phone. Consequently, I was late for another appointment. Of course, no one but the techs at this office and their clients care about what occurred.”
“Very friendly and professional. Testing was quick. Results came back next day. Entrance was horrible. Must use your phone to scan code posted outside. Fill out information while outside. Unfortunately, I went on the coldest day of the year. There was a line, no one knew what to do. Door is locked. Called, woman said no waiting come in. When I didnt go in, someone came out, like 5 people in front of me, who didnt know what to do. Some phones did not register the code for scanning. She took them in to use their iPads. Other than the entrance, place is great.”
“Please hire another phlebotomist! This place is always crowded and the staff is obviously overworked. They are friendly, but it's very obvious that they need another person to keep the place flowing. There are less chairs since the renovation last year and it has done nothing to make it more comfortable in the waiting room, in fact it is standing-room-only for hours. I truly feel sorry for the staff. I could never do their job as it is now. One more person would make such a difference for the patients and the staff.”

“Made an appointment for the 3 hour glucose test and they didn’t have one until late morning. I called and after speaking with someone, I ended up doing a walk in earlier. Check in is quick. After mentioning I was here for that after checking in, I was taken back immediately which was amazing since they know you’re going to be there longer than most appointments and walk ins. They have a nice quiet room separate from the waiting room where you can sit in between blood draws which made it so much better. Everyone was very nice. I had a different person for each draw and no issues! Highly recommend this location!!”
“I made an appointment. It was an easy process. I arrived before my appointment and checked in. It was in easy process. I was called back quickly. Waited for about 2 mins max. The lady there was super helpful, friendly and informative with insurance questions. She took my blood perfectly and I was on my way. Couldn't have asked for a better experience”

“I used to dread having to get blood work done because I would leave on the verge of passing out with 5 different needle marks from them trying to find a vein. I was referred to this location to see Linda and omg she’s the best ! She really knows what she’s doing and made me feel at ease… I didn't even feel her put the needle in. All the ladies there were super nice and I was in and out in 10 minutes (with an appointment).”

“Went online made an appointment needed results back fast. Once I arrived I waited in lobby for 3.5 minutes. Receptionist called me I checked in. Gave my samples I was there for a grand total of 12 minutes max. Got results the next day. ?”
“The employees at Atlantic diagnostic laboratories were extremely friendly and let me in as soon as i rang the door bell. I was in and out within 5 minutes for my covid test. The first time i went for my covid test a few months ago there was a line to get tested but it was all very organized and went quickly. I strongly recommend going to Atlantic diagnostic laboratories for covid tests and or any lab test your doctor orders!”

“I usually go to the LabCorp in Delran. It’s much faster and I barely have to wait like I do when I go to Burlington. Not ghetto like the one in Burlington either. I just wish it was open on weekends. No complaints at all bout the LabCorp in Delran.”
“ONLY PROBLEM IS THE RESULTS AND NOT COMPLETE FROM SUBMITTING DOCTORS. IN AUGUST OF 25 AND ON WEDNESDAY. MY RESULTS ARE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT AND QUEST IS NOT PERFORMING. I GAVE A SECOND CHANCE AFTER A DISASTER IN AUGUST AND YOU DID IT AGAIN. MY DOCTORS CAN NOT BELIEVE YOUR LACK OF PERFORMANCE.”

“Lisa from MobiLab2go is amazing! She was able to come drawn blood for us on short notice and did an amazing job! If you’ve had bad experiences with having blood drawn, I can’t recommend Lisa enough, she’s extremely good at finding veins on difficult to stick patients. Will definitely be calling her next time we need blood drawn instead of going into one of the on-site companies.”
“These guys are great. I waited until the last minute to get a well tested on a property that I'm closing on in a few days from now. They said they would get me the results in time if I wanted their rush service. That was a no-brainer, so I said Yes. The results came in today with time to spare. I can breathe easier and am grateful these guys came through. I highly recommend them.”
“I came in for a 3-hour glucose test on 1/12. Check in was super easy and I did it on my phone. Staff members were knowledgeable about the type of test they were administering, exhibited by stocking the better flavor glucose drink (orange) and setting expectations of how the glucose drink could make you feel and when to check back in with the front desk for the subsequent blood draws. For a long test with multiple draws everything ran very smoothly. Everyone I encountered was courteous and professional. This was one of the nicer Labcorp experiences I’ve had across the different locations.”

This is a well run location - very professional and for a Saturday morning (and even in general) I was out faster than it takes to get my morning coffee! Staff is very professional also!! It looked very busy when I walked in - almost every chair in the waiting room filled, and it was still that fast!”

“Not sure why this lab corp has bad reviews. Made my appointment for 9:30am, walked in at 9:21am. Checked in at the kiosk. Got called back within 15min. Got blood drawn and gave a urine sample. From walking in to walking out it took 29min. And they were busy but the two ladies were working hard keeping the line moving.”

“Yes, the place is on the smaller side. However, they were very quick and efficient. We had Cindy draw our blood. She had great bedside manner and was excellent drawing blood, even for my wife whose veins are often hard to find. Some of the other reviews may be low, but we had a 5 star experience.”
