“I scheduled my appointment on the same day and arrived early. I had to wait for a while and I complained to one of the nurses why I wasn’t being called in. She apologized for the inconvenience and explained that since I made the appointment on the same day, it’s considered a stand by appointment. Although I wasn’t pleased about having to wait, the fact that she took her time to explain the situation was very helpful.”
“Great experiences with the rapid covid testing here. I was able to schedule an appointment the day of, the whole testing process took 2 minutes, they test you right from the car, and I got my results in less than an hour.Also, the test was less expensive than a previous place I'd gone to where the experience was a literal day of misery waiting in line outside etc. Life saver for situations where I've needed proof of a negative test result in a pinch!”
“I used to dread having to get blood work done because I would leave on the verge of passing out with 5 different needle marks from them trying to find a vein. I was referred to this location to see Linda and omg she’s the best ! She really knows what she’s doing and made me feel at ease… I didn't even feel her put the needle in. All the ladies there were super nice and I was in and out in 10 minutes (with an appointment).”

“I checked in on the kiosk at 8:50am and was out by 9am!! This is a well run location - very professional and for a Saturday morning (and even in general) I was out faster than it takes to get my morning coffee! Staff is very professional also!! It looked very busy when I walked in - almost every chair in the waiting room filled, and it was still that fast!”
“I have crippling needle phobia and go years without getting labwork because I'm petrified. I was a walk in right when they opened and was in and out in an hour. I could tell they might have been short-staffed because my husband has had even quicker walk in appointments, all of which he said he was very comfortable.
Haley my technician was a ** rockstar ** and so sweet and it was a quick and painless blood draw. It's no day at the carnival but if I need labs, this is where we like to go.”
“Excellent experience! Customer service was excellent- it was easy to call in and pay my bill which was detailed out and easy to understand in terms of break down of costs and services etc.I tend to believe, that on average when people leave negative reviews it is often not the full and accurate portrayal of things- such as the negative review I read where the woman complained she provided "the wrong credit card" to billing and then went on to rant about how terrible and incompetent THEY were. As someone who runs a business with my husband- perhaps the general public doesn't understand with their me centered attitude that if they make a mistake or misunderstand something it's not really appropriate or fair to then blame the company providing a product or service. Yet I see this countless times in countless reviews- where people are simply venting and refuse to acknowledge their own mistakes or misconceptions- it seems to be a common theme- lack of individual accountability- instead they jump online, leave a nasty or negative review- hiding behind their keyboard spewing negativity- I find this cowardly and a sad commentary in general on the nature of human beings.”
