She helped with all the contract details, answered my million questions, found me a storage unit in a great location, and even provided a cart for moving my things. We had a long distance move and were able to check and double check everything that was packed in Florida by another company, stored and then reloaded on a truck from Victory which then brought it to our new home. They were fast and efficient unloading everything and did not leave until we were satisfied that everything was there. Appreciated their attention to detail. We felt very well cared for.”
“I have used this storage facility off and on since they opened many years ago. They are 5 Star facility...why you might ask...they are SUPER CLEAN and they take PRIDE in maintaining the facility. Dust.??? What's that. It would be hard to find here. Lighting, access, ease of moving items in and out...no problem. If you're fortunate enough to get a unit here, you will not be disappointed.”
“Both drivers that dropped and picked up the containers were really great at what they did. The driver that dropped off tried many different ways before they were able to get the container securely in my driveway with wooden boards. Also customer service got me a good discount when my order didn't reflect the ongoing offers. I just needed storage when my home was being renovated. Definitely recommend as it was cheaper than the current popular brand of containers.”
“Sent my driver to this facility for a partner carrier's delivery and was truly surprised. After reading so many negatives reviews my driver was met with courteous staff and was unloaded before appt time. Appt time 11:00am and in the dock at 9:30am and unloaded by 10:45am.
