“Five stars for the 3 Ps1)Punctual - Arrived at 2:33pm & the office door was locked. The sign said they would reopen at 2:40 pm, but we went to sit in the car as it was a windy, chilly day. A few minutes later a car drove up & at 2:40 pm we were in the building.2)Professional - After introducing himself, Derek confirmed that the size unit we had chosen would work well, answered several other questions & began writing us up.3)Personable - I had read some reviews before choosing Metro & had to smile as they were so good & all mentioned Derek. Initially I was going to need them to store my things for a month while waiting on closing... but then changed the plan just a few days prior to the move and they were amenable and made it happen. “I have used this storage facility off and on since they opened many years ago. They are 5 Star facility...why you might ask...they are SUPER CLEAN and they take PRIDE in maintaining the facility. Dust.??? What's that. It would be hard to find here. Lighting, access, ease of moving items in and out...no problem. If you're fortunate enough to get a unit here, you will not be disappointed.”

“This rating would have been 5 stars except for two things... the sales rep and the fact that nobody responded to my complaint about him. This is a broker that uses several big name moving companies. They (Bekins) were on time and packed everything very well and put everything in place as asked on delivery. Jose Hernandez was the driver and crew leader. There were two different crews, one in New Jersey, one in Palmetto FL. A few things were broken and they used tags on everything. Removal of the tags did cause further damage to soft surfaces. But the core complaint comes from the sales reps inability to properly estimate the load. IT resulted in a $3,000 up charge. I complained to the company before they charged me and complained to the company after they charged me and NOBODY, thought it important enough to reach out and see if they could address my complaint. I even told them I would be putting a negative review on Yelp, and now 8 days later there is still no response. His estimate was off by double... 177 pieces ended up being 422 pieces. I held nothing back during his visit for the estimate and even emailed him when I added a few pieces of furniture. $9K became $12K after weighing the load. I can see why people have been blind sided by movers when the estimator does such a poor job. I was in commission sales most of my career and every time I was wrong on my estimates for a job, I got hit with the charges not my customer. I am perfectly willing to pay for what something costs, but I want to know the accurate costs, not what the company needs to cover Toms' mistakes. So if you get Tom at Sea Cure make sure you get a comparison estimate from somewhere else to at least check his work.”

“One word... "Crystal". She has your back any rental Car or Rental Truck. I often do local moving labor jobs in the Tinton Falls Eatontown area (855)HAUL-YOU. My clients often get trucks and cars from there. Never any major issues. A little patience at times and you can get exactly what you request. I highly Recommend this place and the owner Dave is cool as well. Hes a straight shooter.”

“After moving out from a home I was renting & I was unable to buy a home in a timely manner due to the SHADY/VICIOUS “Housing market situation”, I managed to get a 10x15 storage unit at CubeSmart Self Storage for a great price. “John” who is the manager of the facility (East Brunswick,NJ) is respectful, professional, eager to help and a great individual overall. Because of his hospitality/customer service, I ended up getting an additional storage unit to accommodate my need(s). The facility is always clean, bathroom(s) also clean. The ONLY concern that I have is “I wish you could get access to the storage facility a bit later than 10pm”. Other than that, I’m happy with this facility/location. Lastly, it’s unfortunate some folks may have had a bad experience, but things happen in life and you cannot please everyone.”

“The location is very good and facility is well maintained. The staff members are also really very very helpful. The only complaint I have is they keep raising the prices every 6 months. So over a period of time it starts to become very expensive. If you reach out to the manager, he helps out in bringing the price down but it still gets expensive. Other than that, its been really great.”
