A few minutes later a car drove up & at 2:40 pm we were in the building.2)Professional - After introducing himself, Derek confirmed that the size unit we had chosen would work well, answered several other questions & began writing us up.3)Personable - I had read some reviews before choosing Metro & had to smile as they were so good & all mentioned Derek. “The location is very good and facility is well maintained. The staff members are also really very very helpful. The only complaint I have is they keep raising the prices every 6 months. So over a period of time it starts to become very expensive. If you reach out to the manager, he helps out in bringing the price down but it still gets expensive. Other than that, its been really great.”
