I interact with the staff at the Cranberry postoffice regularly and have found them to be exceedingly helpful and courteous. This was not the case several years ago largely because of a single disgruntled employee that has since left. Rich and his assistant are exemplary postal workers.

Great post office that's definitely needed in the area. Rich was super helpful the few times I've been there and was knowledgeable about all the questions we had.

Wonderful small post office sorely needed in the area. Staff is helpful and there are supplies on hand to purchase. Local carriers are great too.
