“It is such a beautiful collection of books with African centric art and clothing. It's great to hear how they partner with other local businesses as well. The customer service was great, and since I came there to check out their clothes, the staff was very supportive and assisted me through the process. I first found out about them through a street fair they hosted with other vendors. And I love their variety of children books that represent the kids I work with. Overall, wonderful store.”
“Been going to Barnes and Nobles for quite some time they're still one of the best places to be like I said it's Barnes and Nobles take your time look around spend some money and have a great day.”
“I have been a customer for many years and though I have moved out of state I am still a very happy customer. The magic that I felt the first time that I visited the shop is still there.”
“Good place for readers, book lovers, you can buy a book from 2nd hand, a lot of staff, too much even for that place, a little mess done by people who visits (left bottles and some trash behind shelves), very nice and helpfullady in store!”

“Stocks a really nice selection of comic books. Besides the mainstream titles, a lot of indie stuff. Features a great selection of graphic novels and an added bonus; because it's attached to the Kubert comic book artist school, You can get a all your comic art supplies in one store!..”

281 Essex St, Millburn“Cozy local bookstore with a cafe, event space, and character!I’ve driven and walked last here a few times and only recently walked in. It immediately felt like a cozy place to read or browse. That said I can imagine it getting easily crowded because they’re not very big! But there is a bit of seating as well as a small cafe. Cool to see they host various events.Being someone who grew up spending hundreds of hours across Barnes & Noble and Borders, I’m glad to see bookstores still hanging in there.”

Duffy Hall, 400 S Orange Ave, South Orange“Prices are high on basic goods as expected and the variety of brands per object is limited. Again, being a campus book store, this is expected. Oddly, they don't have basic necessities like milk, laundry detergent, or bleach (3rd is understandable).”
10AM - 4PM
Commons Building, 36 Madison Ave, Madison“Disclaimer: not a student but I attended a conference for my high school students on the campus. Clean and beautiful campus and very nice architectural surroundings. However, I can't rationalize the price tag of this school and would suggest looking at state schools to stretch those academic dollars.”

112 Eisenhower Pkwy Space #2043, Livingston“Honestly we were just looking. We did not buy anything here. They have a really great selection of board games, puzzles and calendars! They have some great collectibles also. If you are looking for a gift for that weird person who you never know what to get, as long as you know 1 thing about them, you can easily find something here. From board games based on any semi popular show to general toys of all ages, they have it all. Anything that can be made into a game can be found here lol! It is definitely a nice little location, I wanted like 3 of their monopoly sets, but sadly they would just collect dust! If you want a specific one, they have it! Amazing selection of all kinds of games. One day when I have a man cave I will come back and probably buy half the store lol! They also have a ton of card games!!! From Pokémon to CAH, they have it, they even have weird sets! All in all a very nice little location. They are a chain! Staff is very friendly, if you dont see something, just ask, they might be able to find it or order it for you. Store is also very very clean! Staff really pays attention to make sure about that.”

“The Beginning. The first Indigo location opened in Burlington Ontario in 1997, created with the desire to bring a unique cultural destination to the Canadian retail marketplace. Indigo Books & Music Inc. ("Indigo"), as it exists today, was created in August 2001 upon the merger with Chapters Inc.You can enjoy flipping through the books and relax before checking out your items. They also have a section for kids, and sell bath-wear stuff, kitchenware, stationeries, etc. It's become my favorite coffee table bookstore in New Jersey. The displays are lovely and the children's section is a wonderland.”

2655 Richmond Ave Suite 1590, Staten Island“My first thought was that this is a store for school. But the first time I went inside with a group, I was surprised. It was a bookstore with a cafe with delicious breakfast pastries.??? They also have tables and chairs for when you sit down, read a book ? and drink coffee. ☕ They also sell puzzle pieces here too like Lego Star wars and other stuff. Also onesies and stuffed animals. You can also buy cookies, brownies and other treats. Some of them are kind of expensive but most of them aren't.☕ The place is full of knowledge and has your favorite stories to read and learn.?? I recommend this your favorite bookstore because it has a cafe and it's located near the mall.????☕?”

“Unique source for old law books, reprints of classic legal treatises, and a variety of other law-related publications. Great materials. Greg (the founder) and the staff are knowledgeable, professional, and helpful.”
“Words is an example of what I want in a small indie bookstore. They have a great selection and wide range of books for the size of their location, and a very well curated collection. They don't try to have every book available, and as a result you can actually discover interesting titles that you didn't know about before.”
“The manager at FDU, Madison, Gabe is the nicest gentleman! He was so kind and understanding and resolved our situation. I just love FDU and my daughter can't wait to attend as a first year student in the Fall. With gratitude, Suzy Marotta -parent”

120 Summit St, Newark“Certain workers are kinda rude, but most were pretty nice. Edit It's nice to see a reply. I've added a star. The sitaution was that it was my first time in the bookstore and I walked up to the register to ask where the line started. Before I even got my first scentence out I way yelled at for cutting the line, which was Ironic. The worker said this loud enough to try to shame me I guess? As a suggestion, it would be nice if the line was down the center of the store, which seems to be the more intuitive setup. Better yet, it could be parrallel to the front. Regaurdless, thankyou.”
“i'm in the C terminal waiting for my flight. the book store is, pardon the cliche, the eye of calm in the storm. The books are a stunning collection - awesomely creepy kids books to enthrall the pre-teen crowd, graphic novels, books about POC, books by POC, international authors, and something for every reader. Books in spanish -- from fiction to true crime-- gorgeous travelogues. Strong POC focused collection. An inspirational reading section Grandmother B would love -- Granmere V would go for the crosswords. My tastes are eclectic and well matched by this lively oasis, but even my dad (conservative and non-fiction reader) would appreciate the multiple standing shelves of biography, history, and business. If they had coffee, I'd spend my entire layover here. Oh, wait, let me hit the espresso stand around the corner and come back...”

“I had one of the best experiences thanks to a male worker I think by the name Erick? He helped me find what I needed and supplied me with the correct books I’d need to make this semester a breeze. Thanks for being genuine and a real life saver when it meant the most!”
10AM - 3PM
Green Lane Bldg, 1040 Morris Ave, Union“I had an easy time here. As soon as I walked in a team member guided me in the right direction. The book info desk was decent I asked for all the books on my course list and for some reason they kept asking if I would buy everything even after I already said I would. But no big deal. The supply section also had everything I needed to start my semester. The cashier was also great and helpful. Last but not least the 50 percent off holiday books in the new year was great too!”
“I love the store!! They are fully stocked with everything you need. I was very impressed by the stock and organization. The employee that rang up my purchases was kind, efficient, and professional.”
