Aaron explained everything in detail from start to finish. The process allowed me as customer to feel safe and satisfied with buying a unit here at the Evergreen location. I’m feeling some kind away about my rent going up $70 in four months, but I guess that’s the nature of the business. However if you pay for the full year you won’t have that problem. I decided to move out because I did not want to pay the additional increase.What I would like to say, is that from the time I moved in until the time I moved out , has been nothing short of exceptional…All of my interactions were with Angel. Angel delivered stellar customer service, professional, kind and courteous and he gives the best advice on how to navigate the property if you have a large truck. He made the entire process seamless. So IF I give this 5 stars is ONLY ONLY ONLY because of Angel’s exceptional customer service.I would also like to add I felt very safe, leaving my belongings in that storage unit. The facilities are well maintained and the area isn’t sketchy.”
